G. C.I was extremely apprehensive about taking my car to Fix Auto for a non-fault accident bodywork repair having read some bad reviews. But this was the garage specified by my insurance company and I didn’t know where else to go. I was so relieved when all of the staff were efficient and helpful, especially Becky, who went out of her way to get me the Fiesta courtesy car that I had requested , and kept me informed every step of the way. I was entitled to a Hire Car from Claimfast but I don’t agree with the costs involved to the other party, so declined the offer. I had expected a dead-basic older vehicle but was thrilled to have a 2018 model with satnav and all mod cons! The time quoted for repair was approximately 6 days but my car was ready for collection in just 5. Fix Auto have done a fantastic, professional, seamless repair (with a 3 year guarantee) and I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend this company.

They couldn’t do enough for me, the team we’re amazing at keeping in touch with me throughout the whole process which made me feel confident in the fact my car was in good hands. I even had a lovely man run me into town while my car was in the body shop for a quote which was above and beyond my expectations.The bodywork on my car after the repair is to a very high standard of craftsmanship and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs it.

Insurance company and their alleged 'professional' engineers .... is another matter entirely. 5 weeks and I'm still waiting for my car! ... make that 8 weeks to date!
M.A very good respray of our near side wing with a good collection and valeting service and the staff were all helpful.
5 stars would have been given had the overall communication been better ~ it seemed we always had to 'chase' Fix Auto when predicted completion dates were well exceeded. A simple courtesy call to keep us informed would have been really helpful.
T. B.First class repairs to our car done quicker than they told us. Difficult to remove car from where they had parked it, so many cars randomly parked everywhere.
If they sort out their parking nightmare they will get 5 stars next time.
