This Garage is phenomenal, after my car breaking down I left it with them for a full clutch replacement, although they were busy they had it back to me by the next morning at a reasonable price. The exhaust fell off of my old car, which again, although they were busy, they had a new one on it within a couple hours. They provide quick, quality service with a really friendly team of staff. I will definitely be returning here for all of my repairs. 5*

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Honest, reliable service - what more could you ask. They genuinely care about their customers, which is why I always recommend them. Their reputation means they are very busy, but they’ll always do their utmost to get you in. Superb garage.

Called them at 1200, said I could get there right away. Got there at 1330, they worked on the car for 45 mins, fixed the engine issue. Fair prices (retail for parts), and when I asked for the previous parts, they didn't hesitate. Will go again, and recommend.

Nothing was too much trouble, I was called when the work was complete and then everything was explained to me what was carried out. I had an issue with a leaking oil sump plug which was efficiently sorted by the guys at Mayflower. Communication with me was excellent as they assessed and discussed the options for repair. I dropped it off at 8am and it was ready 2.5hrs later. The overall experience from first contact over the phone to picking up my sorted vehicle was excellent. Highly recommended.

Never used this garage before. RAC came out to get my car started but couldn't diagnose. They arranged to get my car trailed to this RAC approved garage. I was fearing the worst but it was something fairly minor. Quick, friendly service and no shock in terms of cost. Would definitely use again.

They were brilliant - fitted me in at short notice to quickly diagnose and resolve a serious issue with our car, this meant we didn't have to have our car towed a considerable distance and allowed us to continue our holiday. The guys at Mayflower Autos could not be more friendly and helpful. For a young woman, going to a garage can be quite intimidating and I always worry I’ll be overcharged. I was recommended Mayflower from my old garage for a service and I didn’t feel like that at all, they were professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. One time, they didn’t even charge me as they spent less than half an hour fixing it! They also managed to fit me in before Christmas just to put my mind at rest. These guys always go the extra mile and I would recommend to anyone! They will definitely be my long term garage whilst I’m in Plymouth!

I've been through few garages now but this place is the best by far. It's clean, professional, very quick and honest. Couldn't ask for better. Being a woman and also knowing a reasonable amount about cars I started to get a bit fed up with being talked down to or conned. I gave this place a chance, and from the calling to get a price to picking the car up again I can't fault it. I was kept informed every step of the way, and given realistic prices and time frames. I didn't feel like I was being patronized or that they were taking advantage. Defiantly will be using them again in the future.

Had my motor back on the road for a good week now after using Mayflower. No issues work carried out was accurate and what was asked for. Gave the staff a right grilling when I went to pick up the car (Had a bad experience with a different garage in the area) the head mechanic had no problem taking time out to assure the work that had been carried out, which is much appreciated. Excellent service, very polite and very professional, I went in for a tyre repair on my car had a stupid nail in a tyre no appointment I just turned up whilst they were there they checked my other tyres and they notice my other rear tyre had a major defect they personally showed me this defect, I glad they did for mine and my children’s safety, price was very competitive and they even checked my other tyres pressures whilst I was there
