So grateful to the team at Plymouth Car Recoveries, who came out to tow me not once but twice this past weekend. Both Lee and Karl were super helpful, friendly, and full of stories to tell, which made our drives super interesting! Lee helped me out of a tricky car park spot and Karl manoeuvred me into a tight space at the garage. Very nice team, quick service, would be very happy to meet them again!

Karl was amazing! We had accidentally locked our keys in the boot which left us stranded at the roadside. Karl arrived quickly and unlocked our car within minutes. I would highly recommend Karl and this company. True professionals.

I had Lee come out to me today, and he instantly diagnosed my problem, my wheels nuts were loose after being to A Gregory service and repairs in stonehouse. Guys were sent out via Greenflag, were going to recover my car to a garage for repair. As the coil pack had failed, they kindly sourced one and brought it to my car. Had to wait a little longer but that was my choice. Chap who turned up with the part had it fitted and got us on our way quickly and was very helpful. Very pleased and am happy to recommend their services.

Had two recoveries with these guys via Greenflag after I got a flat in possibly the worst possible place (Wembury Bay lane/hill). Both reaponses (initial recovery home then next day continuation to tyre centre) were extremely wuick and professionally done even in awful conditions. Drivers were froendly and knew what they were doing throughout. Really positive experience.

We’ve had some bad experiences before with the big companies, but these guys are definitely great professionals at what they do. The best part of my breakdown ! The car packed up in rush hour and i expected to be sat about for ages waiting for a recovery. In this instance PCR was acting as a local agent for Green Flag and i really can't fault them. They turned up within 15 minutes of reporting the breakdown, the mechanic diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes and recovered the vehicle. They offered to keep the car overnight as my repair garage of choice was closed and they delivered it to the garage first thing in the morning for the repairs to take place. Well done to the recovery man, he was 100% correct with his diagnosis !

Great service - had my car diagnosed and up and running again within minutes of arriving and provided some very helpful tips which worked a treat in order to get it started so that I could go home and take it to the garage the next day to be fixed. I never thought I'd be leaving a glowing review of a car recovery service, but having got a puncture on Sherford (due to a poor road finish left by the developers, so be warned) Plymouth Car Recovery were sent to assist by my insurers My spare was perished, but they lent me a universal tyre to enable me to get home and did so free of charge. In these Coranivurus times they observed social distancing perfectly and made an additional trip to get me a spare wheel. Credit to the company, but also to the two young guys who went above and beyond. Much appreciated!

I was given good service but I suspect that the £72 I was quoted on the telephone and paid to the nice and pleasant breakdown man is somewhat overpriced.
