S.After being told my car had failed it's MOT and being quoted close to £400 pound by another garage to fix issues (which clearly weren't as bad as they made out, if at all there) I gave RFI a call after reading other reviews from previous customers. Not only were they accomodating with getting me in within one working day, they managed to reduce the quote from the other garage down to the price of a re MOT. RFI are honest and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend you use them, as I won't go anywhere else now.

They have done timing belts, clutches, general servicing and MOT,s on all our family's cars we have owned.
Very knowledgeable and friendly, Les the owner is a true gentleman.
Unfortunately had to go elsewhere recently for some work doing as RFI were so busy, that goes to show how popular this garage is, so recommended to book in plenty of time for routine servicing.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone.

J. M.If you are looking for a garage in Plymouth then look no further than these guys. They are thoroughly professional in how they go about their business. I got my brakes fixed, my MOT sorted and an air valve fixed over the course of a year with this garage. They review the problem, give you the diagnosis in plain english, do not mess you about and fix the problem without throwing in any sneaky extra charges. Lovely bunch of lads. Cannot thank them more.

N.Took car in for mot it needed a suspension part replaced that they didnt have the best tool for to do it without stripping down .so they advised me phoning around . After many extortionate quotes i asked him to do his best . He said it might be labour intensive but quoted me 150 plus vat
When i returned the charge was only 120 including vat . A saving of over 60 on quote . You dont get honesty like that these days . Highly reccomend .
