Just brought an audi from Justin. Couldn't be happier. Car is immaculate, Justin was honest, approachable and kept me completely up to date whilst I waited to collect the vehicle. 10/10 wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Asking for a recommendation when lve only had the car back from repair 3dsys, is difficult,ask me in 3 months time would be better. However l found the staff really professional, helpful, very cost effective, in fact in 50 years of motoring, l'd say the best lve had , especially if you have a BMW...

First Visit - BMW specialist, well priced and really know what they are doing. I turned up for a diagnostic session. They had diagnosed the problem and taken the first steps to fixing it before I had even ordered my scrambled eggs and toast at the cafe across the road. All for £50, brilliant and highly recommended. Second Visit - March 2019. Had a 'tapping' sound on the engine of my Z4, noisy lifter quickly diagnosed. RL negotiated with my used car warranty provider 'warranty direct' and I ended up getting approval for replacement of all 24 lifters! Nice one Martin in reception who is a master negotiator. A slight delay due to parts unavailability in UK, work took two days. I really cannot believe the difference in the car, it has 90K miles but is now as quiet as a watch on your wrist, not the slightest noise and with the bonnet closed you simply cannot hear it, BRILLIANT. So, a massive thumbs up to RL, to Martin and the engineer who did the work, fabulous service and hugely recommended. Worth a look in there showroom while your there, some interesting cars for sale.......

Picked up my 320D today and what can I say?! It was immaculately presented, the team at RL have done a superb job with it. I decided to opt for the remap and it pulls like a train. Justin couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the buying process and the guys have done a sterling job getting the car ready! I will certainly be back for my MOT and servicing needs and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another car from them. I’ll be recommending anyone who’s in the market for a BMW to you. Bought a BMW 320D Coupe from Justin at RL which I picked up last Wednesday. Justin was very knowledgeable about several of the cars I liked but settled for the 320D as had a nice combination of power, economy and looks. Paid a bit extra to have the wheels powder coated and the car was detailed and fully sorted for collection. I will return in a year or so to collect my 330D / 335D without question. I had an incredible experience buying my 320D M Sport Plus today from RL Motor Services. I called on Thursday to make an initial enquiry, my call was returned promptly by Justen who was friendly knowledgable and happy to accommodate me. Traveled down on the train to Plymouth and arrived early (amazingly!) but this wasn’t a problem. The car was prepped to an excellent level, test drive and a chat over documents and history and after a short while I was on my way home. Really pleased with the car, Justen is a credit to the company - extremely knowledgable and a genuine petrol head, we could have chatted for hours! They do go the extra mile, which is more than can be said for certain main dealers near by! Thank you very much for your efforts.

Superb service. Took my 420D here with a faulty headlight. The fault was hard to figure out what was wrong and the previous garage I went to couldn't fix it. RL motors researched the problem after hours in their own time and managed to fix it for me and charged me only 1 hour labour. Couldn't believe it. This saved me £100s if not well over £1,000. Very happy customer and I'll always be returning the RL Motors for all my BMW needs. Brilliant.

The knowledge of the mechanics is second to none which is backed up by full diagnostics. They also sell a range of used vehicles.
