TOTALLY TRUSTWORTHY GARAGE FOR LOCAL USE & IF ON HOLIDAY IN AREA My 18 year old daughter had the terrifying experience of a car fire whilst driving to Ply mouth with friends on an overnight trip and was given Sandwells Garage number to contact by the AA. They were excellent and dealt with the situation quickly and sensitively and reassured my daughter that the car was safe to drive after thorough testing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone again. Thank you Sandwells !

Took My Peugeot 206 in for a long list of jobs. Not only did they explain which bits were needing to be looked at and which could be left. When it came time to pay, no cash was required!!!!! AAA customer service and friendly staff. Customer for life.

Outside of the usual MOT and service I've been a few times for what turned out to be small jobs, most recently for a seized bonnet catch I thought was broken. Frank is always particularly helpful and friendly, and the guys will always suggest the most practical, best value solution instead of up selling or the like.

After having been deterred by Mercedes Plymouth, where I am / was a registered customer ("I can book a diagnostic appointment for 120£ / hour for you, Sir.") I came in at lunch time for a quick check of my brake light (apparently slack joint) and some rattling noise when motor running but not moving . A bit later the brake light was replaced and a broken bracket at the exhaust system was welded. Guess what they charged me for? 0, nothing, niente ("It wasn't that big a deal, Sir!"). Thank you guys for showing the real meaning of customer service and proximity. Especially in a garage I give a f*** about a posh cappucino or espresso - I want to talk to somebody who knows what he's doing and mechanics who are not dependent on some diagnostic computer.

Pretty cars, lots of colours, number plates included. Drivers gloves required rather than insurance to drive off the property (You can get the mechanics to push you if you have no gloves)

I found Frank to be a very patient, amenable and decent chap who went above and beyond to help me get to my destination and get the car fixed with minimal fuss and hassle in time for my journey home.
