The team at Hardings Garage were great with helping me get my BMW Z4 back up and running. The work was under warranty from when I bought it and Gail and Megan took care of everything and always kept me updated. I felt confident that they had my best interests in mind, and that they battled my side with the warranty company... as we all know they can be a pain! It's refreshing to go to a garage that not only does brilliant work, but also gives excellent customer service. It was my first time using Hardings Garage - but in the words on Arnold Schwarzenegger as The Terminator- "I'll Be Back"....

I’ve had my car Serviced and MOTED over the past 3 years at Harding’s and always had excellent customer service. From booking in your vehicle with friendly welcoming Service Advisors at Reception, to the care and Professional work carried out by Service Technicians that you know you can “trust”. Booked in for a full service and MoT, they did a full check and alerted me to any possible issue to either pass the MoT or a potential issue within a short time prior to any work being done, they kept me fully informed and also what the full cost would be before completing the work. Harding’s came highly recommended by a friend who has used Harding’s countless times, I was looking to have mud flaps fit on my new discovery 5. This was not a complicated or technical job but the whole experience from arriving to leaving was very nice and pleasant. The receptionist was very nice and chatty and Steve who fit the flaps was very pleasant and helpful, the garage is very clean, latest equipment this a family business “that cares” that offers excellent customer service. Hardings garage is fantastic and extremely reasonable pricing. My timing chain needed to be fixed on my bmw 435 and they booked me in as soon as possible. The repair took less time than expected and the work carried out by Dale was exceptional. The customer service I received was bang on, always keeping me updated throughout the process as they know how much my car means to me. Well worth the money and will never use anyone else in future.
