Had my tow bar fitted and looks just how I expected it to. Added bonus was the excellent customer service. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, nothing was at all a bother for them. They explained everything and were able to fit me in when I needed my tow bar fitting. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service I called in to see about a tow bar for my Volvo XC90 I was greeted by a really friendly and very knowledgeable member of staff who explained about my various options for a tow bar A good price was agreed and the car booked in. I also noticed the workshop was spotless and looked extremely professional. These guys take a lot of pride in what they do. On collection of my vehicle I was shown in depth on how the detachable tow bar is attached and detached to the vehicle and also some little things to look out for. Great service will definitely use again and definitely recommend.

Remarkable service from this business: having recently acquired a used vehicle with a towbar (already fitted by another dealer), I was unable to attach the 'detachable' towball. Within 15 mins of arriving, they had diagnosed the problem, removed all the rust & accumlated dirt preventing reattachment and restored the fitting to operate correctly. They could not have been more helpful or professional: and above all even refused to charge me for doing this! Hard not to praise them too highly.

First class job by Preston Tow Bar Centre (John Ingham Towing). Fitted a new Brink Removable tow bar with 13 pin electrics to my 18 plate Focus ST Line X as requested at a third of the price quoted by main dealer. Was a bit dubious about the dedicated electrics over Ford electrics but everything works absolutely as it should. Job done in the time stated. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely without question.

First class service and products from Jorge and his team. Everything was handled professionally from quoting to fit the towbar, arranging fitting and then actually fitting it. I was especially impressed by the communication from the team. The brochure said there was no bumper cut needed but it was necessary to make a small cut but I received a call to inform me and check it was ok to go ahead and they made sure the external look of my rear diffuser was maintained as you can see from the picture. Highly recommend for towbar fitting.

Responded with prompt appointment to fix an electrical fault. They were expecting us and greeted us on arrival. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour. Competitive price, professional friendly and knowledgeable. If we needed another towbar we would definitely use this company.

George provided a great service. All other companies couldn't fit us in until august. Rung up George and got us in 2 days later. The install was done fast and looks really tidy on my Porsche Cayenne. Will recommend to anyone needing a towbar fitting.

Setting off on a caravan holiday I found a fault with an indicator. Tests showed the fault lay within the car. I rang John Ingham's at 2.45pm and they asked me to bring it in. A very experienced and helpful technician diagnosed the fault, took my indicator light cluster apart, fixed the fault, pit it together, tested it OK, charged me a VERY reasonable amount, and had me back on the road before 4pm. Made the campsite just after dark. Small, tidy, back street workshop with friendly helpful staff, and I'm very happy to recommend them.

Contacted them regarding a tow bar for my newly acquired Volvo V70 workhorse. I dealt with Jorge who was professional and dealt with all my queries. Job done last Tuesday 2nd July. Dropped off 9am already said I'd like the car back by 130pm. if possible. Sure enough at 1320hrs John Ingham telephoned me to say ready to collect. Also a very neat all round job... wiring etc because I am a bit fussy!!! All done at a very fair price. Based on my experience I woul have no hesitation in recommending them. I recently purchased an Audi Q7 S line Plus. Westfalia Detachable Tow-bar with 13 pin wiring kit I made several calls to various tow bar fitters to get prices etc. Also to ensure that the car would be re programmed properly. "ICA" at Bilsborrow, Ian Collins Audi, independent Audi garage, recommended John Ingham Towing. "ICA" have an excellent reputation. I gave John Ingham Towing a call and spoke with Darren. He quoted the best price and explained in full detail what the fitting involved. I didn't have to ask any questions. I paid a small deposit and arranged a fitting date. The car was booked in for 9am on the fitting day. I arrived a little earlier and left the car with them. At 10.54an that same morning I received a text from Darren to inform me the car was ready. On collection i received a demonstration both on and off the car of the fitting and removal of the tow bar. Additionally how to lock and store the fitting. I haven't towed with the bar yet. The service i received was exceptional. and very professional, Both from the fitters and the office Secretary in settling the account. I have no hesitation in recommending this fitting service. On a final note Audi never returned my telephone inquiry. But then, why use Audi when you have John Ingham Tow Bar Services. Very Very Professional.

When I had a problem with my electric connection to the caravan they diagnosed it in about 10 seconds and replaced the broken part within 20 minutes so I made it to Dover for the ferry on time.
