Ajmal and Jaber are extremely kind and lovely people. I was in a real bind with a coolant leak on one of the hottest days of the year and needed to get back to Manchester. I dropped in an hour before closing and not only was the leak stopped, coolant filled up but also a sticky bonnet mechanism was fixed (none of the other garages I've been to have bothered before). And they wouldn't accept any money for their time. Very kind, genuine people who wish to help and do a great job, and will provide safe advice for how to move forward where needed. Can't speak highly enough of these guys for fitting me in very last min. My company car had two front tyres on the limit of legal thread. Popped in the day before to see if they had any availability and they were able to fit me in first thing in the morning. Saved me an absolute headache of going through my fleet vehicle's mobile fitting service, who could only get me in four days later. Needed tyres swapping as have a long work trip planned for the next day. Not only that, but they also quickly spotted that someone had stolen two wheelbolts. Quickly replaced both my tyres and sourced new bolts, ensuring that I was on my way and back driving in less than an hour. Fantastic user experience. Thanks to Ben Daro and the rest of the team for helping me back on my way.

Great service! I called on a Sunday with a flat tire and they gave me an appointment for the next morning. They were super quick with checking my car and in the end decided that it was not a puncture as I had assumed but something else, which they sorted out and didn't charge me as there was no tire to be replaced! Absolute amazing experience every time I go to Kwik Fit here in Preston. Fabulous service and price. The guys that work here go the extra mile. For a woman it can be quite intimidating getting your car sorted but all the work done is spoken through and explained. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. I went in with a slow puncture. They found the valve was damaged and leaking air through that. The person doing the work said it would be £6.70 which was absolutely fine. He also mentioned the two front tyres were at the limit but I decided against this as i wanted to shop around as i had specific tyres i wanted and wasn't sure if kwik fit did them or how much they'd be. Anyway when the repair was done the guy doing the work waived the fee for the valve. I asked if he was sure and he said yes it was fine so i thanked him and left. However because of that I have now ordered two new tyres through kwik fit to be fitted at this branch next week (they did do the tyres i wanted). I could have got the tyres slightly cheaper elsewhere but they were only £5 expensive each and given they really didn't have to waive the fee for the replacement valve then i was more than happy to pay them for it. Very happy with their service.

Started out well with good customer service from Mahesh but disappointed at end as I was not able to pay by American Express (not their fault) and fact that the newly fitted near side front tyre was 2.7 and offside front tyre was only 2.2!, and not both at the necessary 2.3bar, which should have been confirmed before we drove off. Little (?) mistakes like that do not give confidence in their procedures, as it makes you wonder what other potential safety issues may have been missed.

On Monday of last week ( I think Jan 20) I got a flat tyre and limped into Kwik fit, Preston. They were efficient & courteous. They put the car on the ramp, whipped the wheel off in seconds, and, I understand, filled it with water to show up any holes. In the meantime, the very polite young man in the reception offered me a cup of coffee and actually brought it to me. While waiting for the tyre, a young man filled up the screen washer and I think even checked the oil level. They came to tell me that they had not found any damage to the tyre). I had been quite poorly and had just been discharged from hospital we had developed a puncture in my near side front tyre I managed to get to quick fit to see if it needed replacing they were very busy but told me if I could wait a while they would sort it out but when I explained I wasn't very well the young man changed my wheel and pit my spare on and made a appointment for me the next day he also kept my punctured one so when I got back to them the following morning I was sorted in no time as the tyre was done and ready to go on fantastic service absolutely fantastic staff very understanding and we were kept updated all through the whole process what more could anyone want thankyou very much for such fantastic service
