Autotech were recommended by my insurance company and not without reason. I can give no greater feedback than to say the repair to my car is simply not detectable - I can give no greater praise. As an absolute perfectionist the finish on the diamond cut wheel is very good but not perfect, but nobody else would ever notice, only me. The repair time estimate was met and everyone was super courteous. I am well pleased. Highly recommend.

I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a small deer which caused damage to the front offside of my car. Autotech Reading were able to take it in within 2 weeks and supply a courtesy car. Kerry in reception kept me up to date with progress and even though my car is a limited edition model they were able to obtain the parts. The car was returned in immaculate condition having been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Overall an excellent repair with top quality service.

Amazing really. I had a few probs with motor network and they spilled into things with auto tech a bit but they rose above it totally. REAL PROFESSIONALS. Their response was to do an AMAZING job on my car, really AMAZING They went above and beyond and gave me the biggest surprise when I saw the bonnet of my car, they know what I mean.🙏🙏🙏🙏 Special thanks to Kelly who I think keeps everybody organised 😁😁. I left my transit van with auto tech while i was on holiday because it had rear end damage, when i came home on the sunday first thing monday morning they contacted me to say my vehicle was ready for delivery . i was very happy when they dropped the vehicle back as the repairs was 2nd to none you wouldn't have known there had been any damage great company to use first class and very professional . I hope i dont need to use them again but if i do they would be my first choice many thanks to all the team at auto tech reading .

Absolutely amazing garage to complete bodywork repair on my Audi A8. Very quick repair turnaround and great customer service! Car collected from my home address and I was kept up to date with all repairs. Full repair documented and 5 year warranty given on work completed! Deeply recommended!!!

Super service from start to finish, I took my car in on a Friday, with the expectation that it may take a while and was over joyed to hear it was ready for collection on the Monday after dropping it off. The courtesy car I was given was clean and sanitised & I felt safe while on their premises. Thank you so much!

Had my car repaired here, I don’t no anything about accident repair so had it checked by family expert. All positive feedback from him. My feedback is very good, specially to a man on the front, he was lovely. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. Driver was so nice too with a electrical pad when dropped off. Simply an amazing team that creates an amazing customer experience. From the moment I drew up a young man called Isaac (who was pushing a broom at the time) stopped what he was doing and welcomed me, asking if there was anything he could help me with .... first impressions are a huge part of any interaction for me and his was fantastic. Charlie and Mark were impeccable in their explanations and customer service and I was (Again with the fantastic Isaac driving) driven home to south Reading. Fantastic team and I do hope the bosses are extremely proud, not only of the ethos that they have created, but also of the individuals and team as a whole who have helped create them. Amazing experience at Autotech Reading! Some of the friendliest staff I've encountered. My repair was completed very quickly and I was regularly updated throughout the process. During this time, I was given a wonderful courtesy car. I liked this, as they specifically chose a car very similar to my own, so it wasn't too difficult to get used to driving. My car was ready to collect when expected, and there was no extra hassle in exchanging the two cars. Autotech Reading made my car accident a lot easier, thankyou very much!

Ive had the dubious pleasure of experiencing autotech reading twice: due to various damage to my car! Once from a hit and runner and the second my own car parking error. But Autotech have been brilliant both times, and ultra snappy. Good as new and they went the extra mile to correct an unrelated bodywork issue free of charge whilst it was in. They didnt have to do it, frankly, but they went the extra mile. Good covid precautions as well, clearly a very professional bunch and the driver was ace. All done via insurance. Just got my car back today. Really good customer service was picked up and drop off on time by the most friendly staff i have ever experienced. They answered all questions i had for them. The reception staff was very helpful and kept me updated every couple days on how my car was getting on. When my car was delivered back i could not even notice where the damage area was. I would deffently recommend them and will deffently use them again if any further issues.

I was very hesitant about taking my car in for some repairs that had been caused in a car park. The only reason I used the guys is down to there blunt honesty and great workmanship, the guy that kept in touch with and dealt with me (Carl) was extremely polite and did his best to keep me updated with my cars progress. My car is a 30 year old classic ford and I've never had any body work issues with it until I took it to a very common supermarket were morons decide to slam there doors into other people's and drag there keys down the side of others cars, with this damage being done on thankfully only one side of the car Autotech took the job on and gave me a estimate and delivered the car to me well before the estimated finish date. I also have to add that the colour of my car is quite rare and unique and with that being so autotech have down a fantastic job to match the paintwork and blend it so smoothly so well that if you never knew it had damage you wouldn't be able to tell. Hats off to the guys at autotech especially carl for being so professional and courteous to me and with my car would definitely use them again

Asked for a quote on a dent to be told that will be £45, we'll take that off your final bill. I pointed out that's not a quote but an assumption I want there trade. Blank stare and "computer says no" Needless to say I went elsewhere I have since been contacted by the owner to explain this isn't proceedure and has offered to provide a quote. Update: following this review I was contacted by auto tech to apologise for the misunderstanding and received a class A service. I would recommend auto tech
