Car in again for service and MOT with Mark and Andy, all sorted with a very modest bill. I've been a customer for several years now and have recommended them to loads of people. You hear so many horror stories of people being ripped off by the motor trade, I can only say that my experience is the the Chiltern guys always act with total honesty and integrity, there are never any nasty surprises on the bill. 100% recommend.

Brilliant, had an issue with my bonnet cable. Thought I would try my luck and turn up without booking an appointment. The gentlemen quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Took around 30 mins and only charged me a fiver. Very honest and straight forward.

This staff in this garage are very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of getting your car back up and running smoothly when you have problems and unlike other garages I've used in the past they only fix what needs fixing and not adding things on that don't, so you don't have extra expense

Can't praise them highly enough. Honest, straight-forward and friendly. I've dealt with them for a number of years and have never suspected them of pushing a price, installing rubbish or dealing with me in any other way than totally above board and have frequently gone out of their way to help me out or save me money. Had a problem with the cambelt, they sorted it! Needed a MOT, they sorted it! Always smiled, honest prices, great service! Recommend! Honestly, when looking around for a place to get my car fixed, I stopped at Kwik Fit... I thought "this place is too clean and everybody looks too young". Chiltern does give you that vibe of a proper workshop where people are actually more worried about fixing cars and not so much how spot on clean the place is.

Was recommended Chiltern Autos when I moved down to Reading in 2002 and they have looked after my cars ever since. Nothing is too much trouble and they don't "find" things wrong when there's nothing to do. Both our cars have flown through their last 2 mot's with nothing to be done. A testament to the quality of the work done by Mark and co'!!!

Had a dodgy bonnet catch that wouldn't open (needed to put engine oil in immediately so was getting quite desperate at this point!). Gave them a call - they advised to run the car down any time that same day to have a look. Got there, they looked at it straight away. 5-10 minutes later, bonnet was opened and the latch mechanism lubricated. No longer a problem. Considering some garages I phoned would only look at it next week at the earliest, these guys were brilliant. They saved me a lot of grief (and walking!).
