I cannot believe it took me 45 years to experience the benefits of a mobile Mechanic. Calum is highly professional - he's reliable, flexible, highly skilled and most importantly trustworthy I have used Calum on three occasions - he did a full service and arranged for an MOT, he repaired a front suspension issue and most recently came to my rescue at short notice when my car came off worse with a pothole! I highly recommend CRW Automotive and boldly suggest that everybody should experience the benefits of a mobile mechanic.

Calum @ CRW Automotive is FANTASTIC! We love the fact that he is mobile,meaning he can service our cars on our drive without the haste of taking the cars to a garage & picking them up later. Yesterday he was a real life superhero,our works van has broken down, we have RAC recovery but I contacted Calum first as he is local & he arrived within 15 minutes,diagnosed the issue & advised that we needed a new starter motor. He offered to tow me back home or as the van was in a secure place he could carry out the works where the van had broken down so we went with this option. He then went off to his suppliers to get the starter motor & fixed it whilst we carried on with our work for the day in our second car. The van broke down around 1pm & by 3:30pm Calum called me to say he has posted the van keys back through to us at home & the van is fixed. WOW! I don’t know anyone who would offer this level of customer care & we are both seriously impressed with Calum,he is trustworthy,reliable & we will be more than happy to book our cars with him in the future! My husband got stuck in Southampton with our two Young boys. He had a punctured tyre. Callum talked him through how to change the tyre so they could get home safely. Callum is so helpful and professional and we really appreciated his help and advice. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future
