C. S.Edit 29th November 2021; My car was returned to me today after repair of the body damage and therefore I only felt it was fair to update my review! On the day of my review, the manager at Prestige set about managing the issue and collected my car the very next day.
1. Repairs have been timely and to a good quality.
2. The staff that dropped off and picked up the car were very polite!
3. I believe the garage has gone above and beyond to rectify the issue.
Admiral upheld the complaint, but I was not informed whether the issue was at Prestige or at Admiral. Either way, the car is repaired and I am happy with the repair and service when we got there! I have upgraded my experience from 1 to 4 star based on the speed and turnaround of the rectification - Thank you!
Original review; Preferred repairer from an insurance claim. Contacted garage to be told they don’t have the capability to carry out my repair, however telling the insurance that they do! Issued photographs and waited one month to hear back (car off road and currently heavily pregnant!) - when contacted Admiral I was told the garage had cancelled the job as I said I didn’t want them to repair my car. All untrue…. Leaving me at 36 weeks pregnant with no way of getting to the hospital if I go into labour and no roadworthy car. Full complaint put in with Admiral!
A. H.Went in on insurance, I must admit I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews. On first inspection the quality of work is very high and I'm very happy, they've washed the car inside and out and we're very fast in organising and completing the repair. They collected and returned my vehicle around my complicated work schedule too, which was really appreciated! I must recommend Roxy as she was very understanding, accommodating and tried her best to ensure that I was happy. Overall, a great experience!
Y. R.I took my Fiat Punto for diagnosis and repair since it was shaking hardly every time I start it. Service was professional. Got full servicing for a good price and the issue was solved. I work for the NHS so needed my car fixed ASAP and thus, dropped my car off in the morning and got a free lift to my workplace by the company's taxis, which saved me a big hassle. Was able to collect my car after work. It was in a brilliant condition, clean and the inside of it smelled like cotton candy.
Definitely highly recommend this garage. Clean environment and amazing customer service.
