K. P.I called Reading Service Centre on the off chance when my van wouldnt start, my breakdown provider was offering times of 45 minutes plus.
Luckily I was near them and they managed to come and see me with a booster pack to get my vehicle going within 15 minutes!!

E. P.I've used Reading Service Centre for the last two or three MOTs and services, plus another couple of maintenance jobs, and they've always been great. Really friendly staff, clearly know their stuff, prices are fair, and they explain options and costs clearly and don't pressure you into decisions. (They actually advised me against some work which I thought was needed, but which wasn't in the end.)
I always feel like a valued customer - it seems like their ethos is to treat people well so they come back again for the next service year after year, rather than experiences I've had elsewhere where it feels like the garage wants to squeeze as much cash out of you in one sitting, knowing you won't come back.
Here you get treated honestly and professionally - couldn't recommend them highly enough.
m. g.I've used Reading Service Centre, for at least 3 years, I've taken loads of different cars there and I've never had any issues. The Guys are always really flexible, which helps with fitting services in around work. Their rates are fair, they give me options on parts and aren't afraid to push the boundaries a bit when it comes to fixes and solutions. If you want to deal with an honest garage, that delivers decent service at a good price, I can't recommend them highly enough.

A. G.Fantastic service! Both my headlight bulbs went at the same time so was in desperate need of them replacing. They were so flexible as to when I could drop my car off and were really helpful and friendly. They even phoned me to confirm the price before they carried out the work. Have been here a couple of times now but really would recommend. Rare to find a garage that is genuine and not just looking to rip you off

D. M.In the past week both our cars have been into reading service center.
One had a knocking sound which was part of the suspension. I was kept upto date with the progress, and the problem was diagnosed and resolved with the car back to me the same day.
Our other car was in for an mot the next day which it failed. Tom and the team sorted me out with a courtesy car and resolved the issues to get it through the mot.
I have used reading service center for a few years since living locally and they have always been great and very reasonabley priced for the top service that Is offered.
We will be back in 5 weeks for the cars service.
