I want to to say about apollo in Totton forget the bad reviews about them,my car was badly damaged on drivers door mirror car trim front wing, they have done an outstanding job and it's really professional. I was gob smacked how good it actually is and they have matched the paint exactly 100%. I want to thank everyone of these guys at apollo and Michael the manager. I'm so happy right now. I'm over the moon. I can not recommend these guys enough.thank you so much A***** very friendly and nice people.😃

Absolutely amazing team from start to finish. My car was involved in an accident and they helped put my mind at ease right from the start. They kept me updated all the way and were really helpful when I went to pick my car up. Full breakdown given of what had been done to the car. My car looks like new again. Great service and although the work took longer than I thought, I was kept up to date each week with progress by text message. When I picked up my car, it had been cleaned inside and out and I realised that they gave me a new windscreen as it had a crack in it. Seen as the damage was at the back of the car, I was very pleased as I wasn't charged.

This is my second time using Apollo, and both times the work has been amazing! Dave was always a joy to speak to on the phone, polite and always went out his way to help with my queries. The manager i spoke to was also great, he went above and beyond to help me. I was left a nice little courtesy car, and mine came back cleaned inside and out with all the work done perfectly, it looked like a new car! Thank you! Would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional from a day one. my car needed body repair and my insurance company uses them to sort out. They came, took a car, returned within 10 days which is great considering Covid time. They did not update me during a repair but when I called they guy managed to update me within a minute what is happening with my car now. Driver Paul Simms who came to collect and drop off my car was extremely polite. He also follows all social distancing rules during a paper work and handing a car over. Thank you guys. Paul also called me an hour before arrival which was very handy when you work and try to do lots of other bits in this difficult time. Well done team.

Having sustained some rear end damage due to a shunt, the car was taken here as my insurers preferred garage. Apollo kept things simple and were professional and courteous. They called with regular updates. We were provided with a nice curtosy car which made things simple as we did have to wait a good 3 weeks for work to be completed as they are a very busy garage. That said the work on the car was finished a week earlier than estimated and done to a high standard. Parking is a bit limited at Apollo so worth bearing in mind and as a busy garage, estimates and repairs can take quite a while. It wasn't a problem for us as we had the curtosy car but something to bare in mind for customers who maybe don't have the luxury. Overall pretty pleased with the service received and would recommend.

Everyone at Apollo motor group that I had any contact with, were very helpful. My car was picked up exactly when I was told it would be. I was kept up to date with the progress of the repair on a regular basis. As I could not drive owing to a hand operation, my car was delivered back to me by a very helpful driver, Paul Simms. Chose Apollo from my Insurance companies list of approved repair companies because they were the closest to me. The need for repair came right at the beginning of lock down, but despite this Apollo acted in a quick and timely fashion. Produced an Excellent quality repair, keeping me informed every step of the way what was happening. Even with their workforce being depleted due to furlough etc they did a first class job, can not recommend highly enough

My VW Scirocco was driven into by an articulated lorry almost the full length on the nearside, causing quite a lot of damage. My insurers approved repairers are Apollo Motor Company and I chose the Totton workshop for the repairs as it is close to where I work. My Scirocco was collected from my place of work and within two days I was informed of the cost and timescale for the repair work although this was through my insurance, and a date of completion. I was kept updated with a telephone call every week, and the car was ready for collection on the date given. Apollo have done a very good job and my car looks as good as new. I was also very pleased with their level of service.

Apollo did an amazing job of repairing my beloved 2016 BMW 1series Msport! Having fitted a brand new side panel, respraying the panel, door & side skirt it's good as new. Matched the Estoril Blue metallic paintwork perfectly! Check the panels are refitted correcty as the car did go back but it was no bother for them and was put right. Delivery driver was great and very patient with me. Would recommend 👍🏼
