The team diagnosed the long term issue with my car, ordered the replacement part and it fitted a week later. Car performance is now as good as new. The guys did a great job working with my warranty provider to ensure I could claim some expense against the warranty. Would recommend for any BMW owner, very friendly and helpful staff.

Top guys! My F56 Mini Cooper S had Air Con issues, put simply, the pump was not activating. Through the whole process I was kept updated and nothing was too much trouble. The guys are great and now my Air Con blows ice cold and is in perfect working order! My car was given back to me very clean and tidy and as if nothing ever happened. Top work! Highly recommend!

I've had several services and repairs at Bartley and the staff have always very helpful and knowledgeable, and explain problems clearly and simply. I've never had any issues with them and I trust them as much as you can trust a garage! However I have only been able to use a courtesy car once in my car's five or so all day or overnight visits to the garage- a bit annoying when it's a bit of a trek from the train station both at home and in Totton!

Bartley are the best BMW and Mini specialist in the region. Dermot and the lads really know what they are doing. Not the cheapest place but then specialist never are and you get what you pay for. On the flip side it probably work's out cheaper than an incorrect diagnosis and potentially wrong parts fitted at a different location.
