Absolutely top notch garage. The experience and know how you’d expect from a main dealer with the service levels of a small business that really cares about its customers. There was a problem when I dropped my car in for its service - totally out of their control and nothing to do with them - and they bent over backwards to help out. That’s the kind of treatment that creates life-long customers. And great value too.

Had my e39 530i in last summer for an oil leak diagnosis, they had the car all week and did a fantastic job on the repair which turned out to be the common faults I had expected it to be. All throughout the week they phoned me and explained everything prior to the work including prices so they knew I was happy to proceed. Very good customer service and lovely women to speak to over the phone, I definitely recommend if you require knowledgeable work to be carried out on your car. One slight suggestion to Brystone - as my bill was very steep - it would have been a nice touch if they had at the very least just washed the outside of my car or got a mobile valeter to come and sproose it up as a main dealer would do this, especially as I gave them a good few weeks wages but other than that brilliant service experienced!

Trustworthy and Professional Service. I've had 43BMW's and always trusted Brystone to service them. Work is of excellent quality and the service is always polite and professional. One of the main reasons I just bought an M235i, I know I'm in good hands if anything goes wrong!

Was Recommended Brystone by another BMW specialist who was booked up until May. My car had a number of electrical issues which needed the knowledge of a specialist. They fixed all of the issues within a reasonable time and cost. I enjoyed getting the phone calls updating me on the status of my car. I would definitely use them again
