Ive now used Course-Beacham 3 times for various work on my families Chrysler Grand Voyager. Firstly to diagnose and rectify any issues when I first purchased the car. This was quite an extensive list but I was well aware of the issues prior to taking it to them. Then for an oil leak and finally to repair the air conditioning system. If I needed to sum up the service into a few key words it would be: Friendly Honest Professional Accomodating Great level of service from a great business. Keep up the good work guys and see you again when I next need you. Thanks as always.

Fantastic garage that will support you with high quality vehicle repair and maintenance services. All makes and models covered. Also the south's only specialist on Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge If you need an inspection they offer a complementary Vehicle Health check prior to spending money on diagnosis etc. Honest and trustworthy indeed.

What a wonderful guy. My battery went flat after a long 12 hours night shift as i forgot to turn off my head light. I walked to a garage seeking help but i was turned down. i went to course-beacham and told them my problem. this young man came out, leaving all he was doing, driving to my car to sort out my car. I drove to their garage to settle them but the owner won't allow me pay. I was absolutely speechless. they are very nice people and would definitely use the service if i need to fix my car. Geoff is an amazing man. I lost my key and fob and had no way to get into the car. Geoff from Course-Beacham gave me lots of advice and tried to get the key from manufacturer which wasnt available. But with his direction I managed to get hold of someone to do the job. These days we need more people like Geoff who care about customer. He hasnt made a penny on my inquiry but spent time over the phone to help me. I recommend this Chrysler dealer at Winchester Road Southampton and I will definitely take my chrysler to him for any repairs. By the way, there are amazing Jeeps and Chryslers in Course-Beacham yard to buy

Have to say that this is the best garage experience I have ever had in 30 years of driving. This garage has excellent customer service. My car was here for a whole week having a new turbo fitted in March. I got a warranty with it. Good job I did because the turbo failed two weeks ago and the garage took the car in and put a new turbo in with no fuss. Every day it was there I got a phone call with an update which was excellent customer service. Even when the garage found other problems with it, I got a call first before it was worked on. They even cleaned the car before returning it and back to blacked the tyres. All in all an awesome service and worth the expense.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Car broke down at short notice. As usual you worry that you need your car back soon but don’t know where is a good place to take it (I’m not a local). Phoned up and Tami was very pleasant and helpful, within 15 minutes she called back with a great quote and I booked in. When my car was getting the work done I received an email detailing the health check they had done on the car which included photographs of all points they had made. Really good and useful for the future. The work was done in a matter of hours and as quoted. I forget the name of the new guy who helped me when I arrived but he was fantastic too. 10/10 for customer service and value. If you need a garage at short notice, this is the one for you.

Superb Service, had an issue with my Auto gearbox on my Voyager. Turn around in a few days, with some additional work, final invoice was less than originally quoted, and car drives superbly!!! Will be back for a Cambelt and Service.

My Honda Accord failed it's MOT for a suspension issue so I found Course Beacham listed as Southampton Suspension and gave them a call, described the issue and within 20 minutes they called me back with a competitive price inclusive of parts, labour and vat. Booked it in and got text reminders then and on day before. Tammy and Geoff were very friendly and helpful, the service was prompt and efficient and I got a text when car was ready, also a call to discuss a couple of issues shown up by the free health check. When I collected the car it sparkled having had a free wash and hoover out. In all a perfect experience and will definitely use them again.

We arranged for a 3 year service for a Jeep Renegade 2.0 140PS Limited 4x4. The service was at a very competitive estimate when compared with the main local competitor. Of course when you try a new business there is a degree of caution. It went really well. There was a text and an email reminder in advance. There was also a visual healthcheck that correctly identified a future routine maintenance issue. The service was carried out on time in accordance with Jeep standards for warranty purposes etc with the bonus of a clean of the vehicle inside and out. Absolutely delighted. We shall be returning to this first class family business for our Jeep vehicle.

I have now used CB half a dozen times since finding out they were alive and kicking after the main garage closed. Initially they did 100K service at 2/3 the price quoted by another garage. I was impressed at the speed, price (obviously) and 3 page checklist they gave me detailing the health of my car and future potential issues. Since then I have been back for various issues and have always received attentive, professional, courteous service and excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

MOT and air con regas. Painfully slow process, car picked up at 9am for a midday MOT and delivered back at 16:30pm. Needed 2 tyres but deeply unhappy that I was charged £10 for a 'free collection and delivery' as advertised on their website 🤨

What a truly tremendous service. I fail to understand the negative reviews considering the service and professionalism I received from this company when buying not 1 but 2 cars from these guys! After an initial stumbling block of a poor salesman who was quickly removed from the company, the manager "Geoff" was attentive and courteous and not only agreed a very fair price for the 2 cars I wanted, but appeared to be generous with the part ex for my 'not so great' Ford Focus!! I for one would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them again!

On holiday in the South when my Grand Cherokee developed a problem. This dealership went above and beyond to assist. They spent (literally) hours sourcing the relevant part, then squeezed me in to an already full Saturday morning workshop. I was met and dealt with by the dealership principal who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and as helpful as you could wish for. A real 'can do' attitude. What an amaizing, generous act of kindness! I was in the process of buying and trying out a second hand car and had noticed what looked like a significant oil leak that needed checking. It was late in the afternoon and I googled the nearest garage that did vehicle inspections; which was Course-Beacham’s. We drove in and I went to the office to ask if someone could give a quick inspection of the engine and let me know how serious it was. I had just arrived from overseas, and didn’t want to purchase a lemon! Anyway, without having to wait, a mechanic was called and under the bonnet.He diagnosed after an inspection that the problem was superficial A quick, thorough description and remedy of the fault was communicated very clearly and I was able to feel confident about making a decision to purchase the vehicle. I returned to the office where I was also given an indication of the price of a future repair. I then asked the cost of the service, and was told it was nothing! An amazing 10 minutes that meant so much to me, that was done so effectively. I really appreciated the.generosity, courteousness and professionalism given by this team at Course-Beacham so late in the afternoon. Thank you very, very much.

Dealt with Geoff and Aiden (sorry if the names are spelt wrong) dropped my van off on a whim as my oil change light came on, as well as an electrical problem I'd been putting off, explained the procedure, options and hourly rate very clearly upfront, and slotted me in today, very grateful for this and I think the pricing was very reasonable, communication was very clear too, didn't feel pressured when they offered some additional extras they could do at the same time etc (I did take them up one of the options) Overall I think it was a brilliant service they provided, at what I believe was a good price and they were very pleasant guys.
