H.After calling Europa last week when my daughter broke down, due to a flat battery they managed to get her booked in for today, however when she attempted to get there this morning the car wouldn't start so they kindly offered to go and collect the car to save her calling her breakdown cover. The battery was fitted, and another issue identified and rectified at the same time. Price was extremely competitive and they even dropped the car back to her. Can highly recommend and just shows there are lovely genuine people in the world. Thanks guys

Mechanic was very helpful as I wanted a hard to pin down issue looked at while it was in. The issue was looked at swiftly, with a phone call identifying what they believed the issue was, and a cost to fix. Once agreed the job was completed within the day, and still less than I would have paid the dealer, and in a fraction of the time. Excellent work. (Hopefully the issue is fixed)
So why not a 5 star? Well that would be for perfection, and that remains to be seen :) But for customer service and ease of use, can’t fault them and would totally recommend
P. C.I have always been nervous when it comes to mechanics and car servicing but after getting ripped of by a national chain I decided it was time to find an independent garage I could build a relationship with.
Europa are now my go to garage for car maintenance and servicing after they helped diagnose an issue with my Insignia and handled a major gearbox repair very well. They have just MOT my wife's car which is our fourth MOT done by them.
I feel the relationship is great, trust works both ways and whilst I'm not opposed to a business making fair profit margin, likewise Europa appreciate I don't have an endless budget, they will, if available, provide a range options whilst keeping the solutions sensible and professional.
