The service was courteous, and efficient. The vehicle was delivered back to me on time, had been cleaned inside and out and looked immaculate. would certainly recommend to anyone needing crash or body work repair. H.These guys are by far the best, no grief good quotes by far I have taken both my cars and even my motorbike for a touch up (scratch)£50.My next quote was £200 because he could not blend in and needed to spray the whole rear spoiler 🤬 seriously. I never write these normally but the guys at Grays have been amazing over the last 8years and counting would not go anywhere else . Mr Gray still runs the shop and is so helpful and friendly. Had the front end repaired after a bad collision, first thought the car was a write off. Took it to Mr Gray and the Car looks brand new again. Managed to save and refit the existing damaged bumper when others had told me I would need a brand new entire front bumper. They even touched up the scratches and key marks around the body which I hadnt asked for. The price blew me away. Couple hundred quid for amazing labour and faultless work. Dad is an engineer of 45 years and said it was an amazingly welldone job. Thank you so much guys!
R. D.Dave at Gray brothers is a well established quality body shop. Tucked away behind Malmesbury rd in shirley there is usually a two week waiting period so definitely worth calling up before hand to book an appointment. Good quality repairs and paint jobs this body shop also undertakes insurance work. Not the cheapest body shop in shirley however you do get why you pay for.
C.Literally, can not recommend enough. My car needed a new bumper, the job was perfect, and done really quickly. The person I dealt with was polite, informative and really helpful. My car was even returned cleaned, inside and out! If I bump my car again I'll be back!
P. T.Had some scuffs and scratches on bumper and wing of my Mercedes SLK. They repainted and touched up all the stone chips (which I hadn't asked for) and polished the car. Looks absolutely fantastic. We had this done to smarten car up for sale as my partner has a newer SLK. Trouble is the old one looks so good she wants to keep it! Gray Bros are highly recommended and would use again (especially if she scratches the new one!).

Hope I don't but if I do damage car again, I will not consider going anywhere else. And a really genuine owner. Would give more stars if I could. Oh and only £400.
B.Really friendly owner. Had plently of deep scratches around my car and being a student £550 was cheap conpared to £1000 i got quoted around southampton. I gave graybros a try and couldn’t have been happier with the result. Bodywork looks new!!!!! I’ll be coming back to get more work done :)

T. C.Would reccomend this place to anyone , got told by everywhere else I had to have a brand new car door fitted for £1000+ but got it done for £400 here. Didn't need a new door at all was repaired as good as new .... And the man who runs this business is so lovely
