Very friendly staff who kept me updated throughout the repair, letting me know as the car moved between stages. Timing was spot on against the estimated time. Repair work is to a high standard so very happy (replacing aluminium door, painting, removing dent in rear quarter panel). See before/after shots on this review. A big thank you to the team there!

Harwoods had our Audi in for repair after someone reversed into it in a car park. They ordered the parts super quickly so once I had sorted a hire car, the repairs were carried out straight away and only took a few days. Really pleased with the finish and the valet. Very helpful staff arranged for my vehicle to be dropped home as I was in a&e the day before and then waiting outpatient treatment and couldn't drive no fuss offered to help kept updated throughout was arranged through my insurance but would use if I had to have anything done in future. Thank you!

Following an accident, rear ended by a Range Rover, my insurance arranged for pick up and delivery to Harwoods in Totton. There was quite a bit of damage not immediately apparent to the untrained eye. The team at Harwoods were so professional and really kind and caring in their interactions with me throughout the process of repair etc. A big thanks to the workshop team and a personal thanks to the lovely Lisa of the admin team who dealt with me throughout the whole process.

My car, a Ford Focus was involved in a fairly serious hit and run accident, both near side doors, sill and bodywork. I chose Harwoods for the repair and they picked the car up from my house very promptly. Lisa and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional all the way through the repair process. When I picked the car up, WOW WHAT A FANTASTIC JOB. The car was gleaming from top to bottom, even the tyres were blacked. My Skoda had been repaired poorly at another garage that my insurance company told me to take it to . Harwoods where asked to rectify the issues as I was not prepared to take it back again . I wish I had gone to them in the first place , the car is now repaired as I hoped it would be in first place. This is a very busy but efficient garage and I would recommend them .

After being hit by a TP vehicle I took my vehicle to Harwoods ARC for an estimate. I was greeted by a helpful member of staff who carried out an estimate and took details of Insurance . The estimate was authorised and they booked me in for repairs within a few days. The car look as good as new on return .
