S. H.The garage were helpful and kept me up to date and clearly used original bmw parts to rectify the fault. When I got home I could see the light unit hadn’t been put back properly though, with the seal slightly misaligned and torn. I’m sure it won’t be detrimental to the car, but a surprising lack of attention to detail from a specialist garage.

M. S.I took my 4 Series to Simon due to a coolant leak on the front end of the engine. Having spent months constantly topping up the coolant with no signs of where it was leaking.
I mentioned to Simon that strangely I had noticed coolant loss when cold.
Simon kept me up to date with findings and confirmed water pump leaking after prolonged pressure test when cold it started to leak.
He ordered and fitted Genuine BMW water pump, seal and coolant. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap but quoted price met expectations and certainly cheaper than BMW.
Very please with costs and will certainly be recommending and using in future.
Great Knowledgabe guy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. I felt he had the time to answer my questions.

On arrival I was instantly met with and felt welcome, the place was very clean and well presented, cleanest car garage I've even seen. The service was spot on and he run me though everything he had done, I can honestly say that the service is 100% better then BMW main dealership and at half the price, I'll be using Iridium again and again from now on. It's a good sign when you go to a garage to pick up your car and you see two more BMW m3's sitting outside, clearly have a reputation to be proud of! A*******
