Took my wife's C4 in for an MOT. Unfortunately it failed on an injector O ring leak. After getting the part in Kinleys we're worried about injector removal. Instead of snapping it & costing me more money they soaked it over night & got the job done the next morning. Top garage & top guys who would rather look after customers than charge them more than needed. Thanks guys. Chris

Impeccable customer service! - Nigel and the team went above and beyond even though I was 45 minutes late for my MOT on a Saturday and they still managed to fit me in (also carried out some repairs at a brilliant price). Very professional, great prices and trustworthy.

Very professionally run garage, they worked on my VW T5 DPF which needing repairing, very reasonably priced. Not the greatest at booking things early so left my MOT and Servicing very last day (the day before it expired). They were extremely helpful and fitted me in the next day (and was a very fair price) - even collecting my car and dropping it back when they were done. Gave me a call to confirm when it was done (which was early in the day) and dropped back soon after. I know a few other people have used them for more specific work to be done and they spoke very highly of the professionalism and service. I now won’t go anywhere else! Cheers to Nige and the boys!

We were on holiday in Southampton when we noticed a problem with the car. Kinley's garage were the only garage able to see us on the day and they were so efficient and helpful. They weren't able to find anything wrong with the car and ensured us it was safe to drive back home (which was a 4 hour drive). I’ve been to most garages in Southampton but can honestly say that this garage exceeds in satisfying customer expectations!! The staff are friendly & extremely professional and I really admired the fact that there is someone to greet you personally in reception which is not always the case in other garages. Safety precautions were taken into consideration and customers were expected to sanitise hands and keep a safe distance upon entering to prevent the spread of COVID-19 A job well done to you guys and I will certainly be coming back to you in future.

I've run cars for a good 40yrs so had a few services. I took a full service direct through Kindleys, feel better than a basic 'book my garage'. It's not massively cheap but it's a good service done correctly @ £100 less than main VW agent. That's my 3rd service there & will look to use again.

I honestly cannot Praise, Thank or Recommend the guys at Kinleys Garage enough! I work for the ambulance service and we found ourselves in a predicament with a set of locking wheelnuts that we couldnt remove when preparing a response car for service. Not only could they see us on a bank holiday friday but they also completed the job regardless of how difficult our locking wheelnuts were proving to be. I visited several other garages who either wouldnt help as it was a bank holiday or couldnt remove the wheel nuts in question yet when I called Kinleys they told us to drive down and they got straight to work! Because of the guys at Kinleys there will now be more vehicles on the road to respond to emergencies during this outbreak! I wouldnt question using them again; they certainly have our vote! Well done guys; keep up the good work!

Great garage! They looked after my Citroën for 250,000 miles and look after all my cars regardless of the make or model. They are handy for Bitterne train station and busses, but they usually have a spare car you can borrow (my favourite is the green VW). Top garage, top mechanics, I wouldn't ever take a car anywhere else!
