T. B.I had my MOT done here and the service was excellent. They are very speedy with repairs and ensure your car has been repaired to a high standard before handing you the keys. Would highly recommend and the staff are very friendly.
L. M.I’ve been to many Kwik Fits, but this is by the far the easiest one to get anything done. Popped in today for a really stupid request and they meet my request without embarrassing me or talking down to me.
Steve was kind and considerate and just wouldn’t accept cash and he wouldn’t charge me.
(I needed my spare wheel hold down thing undoing as it was so tight I couldn’t check the pressure) Steve is a credit to company and will be my point of contact moving forward for any car related issues.

A. M.We came to kwik fit with flat tire just before closing, after we've been sent without help from different tyre service (they said it takes about 30 min to do it and they want to go home). Suprisingly Stephen in kwik fit told us that there is no problem and he will do it straight away. It took him about 10 min to fix the puncture and fit a tyre back to our car!!

When I came in early morning they were actually short staffed due to some staff calling in sick. Only had one guy left doing tyre changes. Instead of asking met to come back the manager just said it was going to be a long day and they would take care of it straight away. 35 minutes later the job was done and I drove off with my winter tyres neatly stacked in the back of the car. Excellent service by Steve and Scott and this typend service is what makes me come back a next time!

K. A.I would like to thank the team at this KwikFit, who helped me massively this week. I had a punctured tyre on a new car, which I only noticed last minute. Firstly, they pumped it back up so I could get home after work, even when they had other jobs and were ten minutes from closing time. Then they allowed me to come back the next morning and they repaired the punctured front tyre first thing. They were very helpful, efficient and friendly and went above and beyond. I’ve used their service prior to this incident and they were the same then. Would definitely recommend.

G. H.A few weeks ago my cousin had to drive to Warrington (on a Sunday) with her daughter after a short stay in Hythe, Southampton but she had a rattle on her car that was due to lack of oil. The car drove absolutely fine once the oil was topped up but for peace of mind she wanted it checked over before her 225 mile journey home and Kwik Fit Park St Shirley duly obliged. The service my cousin received was second to none, the Kwik Fit guys were absolutely superb !!! and I would like to thank them by way of this review. This is the second time in a few years that Kwik Fit have come to the aid of my family when help was desperately needed, on both occasions the service has been excellent, so good to see in this day and age !!!.........thanks again guys !!!

went to Kwik-fit today with trepidation as Central Tyres were having their forecourt dug up. I had damage to my Corsa's exhaust due to driving in a pot hole and it was sounding horrible. I hoped it was only the clips or something small. It was put on the ramp and I was told it was the rubber mountings that had snapped. These were replaced and the wheel alignment checked. This I was told was not quite right and steering pulling to the right. He thought this could be tyre pressure, which was rectified. All in quite quick time despite the phones constantly ringing. I was given advice about keeping tyre pressure checked as this fluctuates in changing weather. I was given a print out to take to Hartwells
to check as this had to be specialist done but thought the tyre pressure would put it right and the price: As cheap as chips, could not believe it. Very professional would use them again.
