Simply brilliant as always. Booked my BMW 4 series in for loss of coolant. I could'nt have asked for anymore - The guys carried out a thorough check of the coolant system and pressure tested and took for a test drive. Very happy and put my mind at ease. I can fully recommend and trust these guys 100% they are very honest and reliable. Though they could not find the leak they did their best.

Found an oil leak and found it was a pipe, called in pointed to pipe.. it was ordered. I had a call to say pipe in bobbed in fitted 10 min. Excellent service.

I have always used the Hedge End branch since opening and have always thought the gents working there are very polite and helpful and never once taking advantage of a women who doesn't know a thing about cars! However recently they have gone above and beyond customer care. They have been extremely helpful when my car was making some awful noises! I highly recommend.

Called late Friday morning as I had been let down by another garage for an MOT on my Audi A5, swiftly booked in for Monday to be called at 10am to be told it was ready to go ! Fantastic service as ever from Steve. Have taken my car here for the past 5 years since they opened. This garage is simply brilliant. I am an ‘older’ person and I find that some garages and workshops can be intimidating. They talk at you and never answer a straight question. New Chapel are the most understanding and courteous group of people you could deal with. Straight and supportive answers and you are never in doubt as to what needs doing and what it will cost. I don’t live that far from them and they had my car for MOT a few days ago. I assumed I was to collect it but low and behold they left it on my driveway when it passed. At 5.00pm my 4X4 broke down at my daughter’s house a couple of miles from home, it was an ongoing problem with the electrics resulting in a completely spent battery. I explained the situation to New Chapel and first thing next morning they went to my daughters, put a new battery in, drove the car back to my house and gave me the keys, all before 10.00am. When I popped in to pay the bill, bearing in mind it was a heavy duty battery and two engineers, it was so low I queried if it was the correct one. Honest, reliable, economic, trustworthy and polite. A rare thing in business today and even rarer in the world of garages. And on top of everything else they are simply a great bunch of guys You would be silly not to try them I’ve posted two reviews in the past couple of months, and if you think they are fake, many businesses do that, simply ask them where I am and I will confirm every word as truth

Popped in yesterday to arrange MOT. Have been for the last three MOTs after being recommended by my son and his wife. Helpful staff and very accommodating even loaning me a courtesy car whilst mine was in so I wouldn't have to miss work! Hopefully my MOT will be as much of a breeze!

Friendly and helpful to a point. No negotiation on price, even when we noticed things wrong with a car that he hadn't noticed. Only 3 month watery offered. Didn't buy from them in the end.
