I have visited Quayside MOT and service garage for the first time today, for a service and an MOT since getting a new car. When i called up a few weeks before to book i was delivered amazing service from the guys working there. When handing my car over today i was seen straight away by a guy called Matt and the team. They all done a superb job and will definitely be recommending to all family and friends and going there for my future services and MOT’s.

Extremely Professional and courteous! amazing customer service! Went in really worried about a problem with my car, Matt very kindly dropped what he was doing and spent next few minutes with me going over what can be done. 5 minutes out of his time but made my whole afternoon a lot less stressed. Guys running this place are God's gift to Southampton! Highly recommended!

Went in for air conditioning recharge on a focus. Turns out the pipes and compressor were knackered. Needed some parts. They were very informative and went the extra mile. The job was done and more than happy with the result... just in time for the heatwave! I must admit, the cost was dear for the whole job. However, as a service, it was spot on. Friendly mechanic's that try to give the best solutions to an issue. Would definitely recommend this garage. Cheers guys!

Matt and his guys have been looking after our cars for the last 2 years. They seem to run very punctually ! Communication is excellent ! No nasty surprises , they will even give you the option of purchasing used parts to keep the cost down if only genuine parts are the option (which was the case on my Honda). My car always drives better after they have serviced it. I am always pleasantly surprised with the size of the invoice when I pick the car up. It is a real boon to find a garage that isn't constantly looking for an angle to ramp the bill up , I won't be using anyone other than Quayside in future.

Amazing staff and great service. They found time to do my MOT even if they are busy. Great price and competence. With any advisories you can ask always how much can this cost to fix it and you don't feel ripped off after you leave. Absolute 5 star.

Good service re gassed air con but diagnosed it has a compressor fault vacuumed the gas back and only charged for the diagnostic ,I will return when I can pick up a compressor
