D. P.My interaction with the staff, mechanics and work was first class. Mr Lewis was a 1st class person. Knew his way around multiple engines and cars. Could offer advice and list of potential issues for a tricky diagnosis. Did not push for anything other then to help. I can say that I'd use this garage when required... if they have availability. They were super busy however still gave me a 1st class experience. Fairly priced, easy to contact. I was impressed with the professional manner of Mr Lewis and another chap I spoke to there. You could do alot worse and not much better trusting this garage.

I live over 100 miles away.
When we bought the car from a dealer in Southampton area, I learned that Dean had changed the timing belt on our Fiat 500.
Dean had kindly found the invoice and emailed to us so that I knew 100% that task had been done.
In the couple of years since, I'd rung him for advice and he's always had time to talk.
Our car needed a main service and I should have gone straight to Dean, but I took to a local garage in Bromsgrove and they found multiple problems which caused them to suggest that repair was not viable.... reluctantly they gave me a detailed quotation.
I spoke to Dean, and he was not phased by the numerous jobs needed.
Some careful planning meant I left the car with him on Tuesday and it was ALL done ready to pick up on Friday.
Fabulous work, efficiently done, courteous and clear communication.
All the necessary work was done plus a full service.
Very fairly priced, and ultimately great value for money.
Car is as good as gold.

Y. D.Excellent service and fixed my internal drivers door handle within a couple of hours as carry spares. Fraction of main dealers who will only replace a handle with the door card which costs over 1200. Very friendly and highly recommend. They carry Alfa and Fiat parts.
J. G.So knowledgeable about Fiat 500s it could be their specialist subject on Mastermind. Friendly, helpful and willing to sort out problems. Cannot praise Small Car Services highly enough. Had to take another vehicle to a main dealer for a warranty problem and it was a horrible experience. All I could think was 'I wish I was here with my Fiat 500'.
