J. E.My partner and I are from America and we got our bike shipped out here to Southampton to pick up. When we tried to pick it up from a place up the street we found out the battery was dead and the fuel was drained. Since this was our only source of transportation we didn't know what to do. Thankfully!! This shop was just down the street. Enough for us to roll our dead motorcycle into their shop.
The guys here are so incredibly nice. Once we told them our story they helped us out a ton. They charged up the battery, put a little gas in, checked the tire pressure and checked the oil.
Like I said we were in a pinch and they all stopped their work to help us out to get us on our way.
Thank you guys so much for the help! We were in desperate need and you guys saved us!!! Thank you!!!!

This workshop might be a wee bit off the beaten track, but you'll be glad you made the effort. Exemplary service all the time, every time. Very, very highly recommend.

Offered me a coffee whilst I waited, but bike wouldn't start when it was time to go home (dead battery).
They could have flogged me a new battery, but they loaded my bike in there van and gave me a lift home.
Real customer care at its very best by going the extra mile, Excellent and highly recommended !

I was trying to sort my ZX6R out before my MOT was due and I ran into a few complications. Providing my motorcycle is my main source of transport for work and social life I couldn't be with her to long. Phoned around as you do and no one would help me out, then I phoned these guys and they said "we can pick up your motorcycle for you and get it all sorted for".
That was the MOT and all the other bits I needed doing, saved me so much hassle and time.
Especially happy with how my brakes feel now.
