We were on holiday in the area and my auxiliary belt snapped late on good Friday. I rang first thing on the Easter Saturday and they managed to squeeze me in, despite a heavy workload ... they were so easy to deal with, very accommodating and the issue was fixed within 4 hours! Good pricing too, despite the issue I found myself in - I was due to leave on the Sunday, so they could have taken advantage of this... but thats not their style. I cannot thank Adam and the team enough.

AA Silencers are my preferred choice for all work carried out on my vehicle, from routine maintenance and servicing to the annual MOT. I have received quotes for certain jobs that aren't exactly routine. I have always found them to be competitive on price, especially when using genuine parts, very important in terms of quality and reliability. Called in here at 5:55 on a Monday night 5 minutes before they close. The guys were more than happy to help me out despite the awkward timing. I came in with a fast puncture and may not have made it home. Cheers guys 👍🏼

I ordered my tyre online and when I went to have it fitted on the same afternoon I had ordered the wrong one. No problem, they returned the tyre and ordered a new one for me which was fitted the following morning. Great service.

Fantastic service. We had travelled to Alton Towers and had car trouble on the way. They let us bring the car at short notice, identified the problem immediately, ordered a part and even called a taxi for us to enjoy the theme park for the day while they fixed the problem. Hi .....Justin and the team are amazing I had a problem with My RZC,was visiting family and had an engine Management light came up on it..... Chasing time,Justin jugged Saturday morning to be clear and transparent work professionally like I’ve never seen before,I’ve been in the motor trade over 32 years and the garage is Sublime,tidy clean and which one needs these days..... cost we’re brilliant,I can Highly recommend Justin and his team,my day with family was Stress free,the bonus was a park across the Rd to relax in while the car was being fixed. After having a blowout on the m1 towing our caravan, I needed a tyre replacing on my discovery, after calling a couple of nearby garages these guys where next on my list. Should of rang these first, they had 20ich tyres on the shelf as they have just exstended there range. All fitted and balanced within 1hr 30 mins as it was Saturday really busy. 5 star rating guys thank-you, saved me a journey home nursing a space-saver. Thanks andy warburton

Excellent proffessional and helpful service with really good covid measures in place. Dropped my grandsons car off for air-conditioning service and re-charge. Plus two new tyres on the rear. Due to me asking for certain tyres they had to be ordered in and it would be in the afternoon before the tyres would be delivered. They duly phoned me just after lunch to advise that the air-conditioning system had been tested and re-charged. Two new Continental tyres fitted and the car washed. In all like I said initially excellent proffessional service.

I have been using AA Silencers for a few weeks now for my two Audi’s, they were recommended to me by a good friend of mine and i’m glad he did. They are an excellent garage who are very knowledgeable and offer great service. I have always used Audi for any work on my cars but not anymore. It’s AA for me.

To put it simply you will get the best service and customer care from these guys. I have been using them for a few years now always found them to be very honest fair and excellent work carried out every time. I have three cars two of which are classics and i have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. I called into the garage at 17:50 having found that my tyre pressure was very low, the Customer Service that I received was excellent, very efficient and friendly and only £18 for the repair. Great place to take your car!

Back here again for a service and once again the best service in the area. I have been coming here for years after few visits to other garages which left me fuming to say the least not only because of prices but also quality of work carried out. AA Silencers team beat "genuine" garages hands down. Better work quality with less money spent. Enthusiastic staff with great knowledge and passion for the cars. No job is too big for them. This garage will even give you a courtesy car if job is quite big providing it is available or simply book it in advance. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work lads!

We’ve had an ongoing problem with one of our vans having an engine management light on initially the problem was a faulty turbo however a different garage had replaced it and still the engine management light was still on; we after numerous attempts at fixing the issue we decided to take the van to a Mercedes specialist in Kidsgrove who also was unable to fix the engine management light; I was on my way to AA Silencers for a separate reason and I thought I’d let them have a crack at it and I was pleasantly surprised with the results; I called them the next day when they’d had maybe 5-6 total to work on it expecting to get a rough time on when it would be ready for pick up and too my surprise they said we’ve found and rectified the problem which turned out was an incorrect installation of the replacement turbo. Still absolutely over the moon as I was expecting to be spending another £1000 or so to find the problem. Will definitely be switching all the serving to these guys because they really know there way around the higher end cars & vans (Mercedes)

Excellent service. Called these guys 15 minutes before they were closing on Saturday as car was making terrible noise and I needed it for work on Sunday. They said if I took it along they would look at it. Arrived 5 mins before closing but true to their word they looked at it and sorted it and because it was only 2 loose pins there was no charge.
