Dave and the team at BVR have been looking after my 2006 A8 4.2tdi for the past 4yrs. I have found them to be honest, genuine people who are more than capable ( and willing) to take on the bigger strip down jobs as well as the bread and butter services. I have zero complaints because nothing has ever gone wrong, Dave will take the time to listen to your requirements and then offer sensible advice, so that if possible, your vehicle will be fixed in a way that is mutually acceptable and everyone is happy. My kind of garage for sure, I like the way Dave operates. In a world where I am constantly disappointed by companies/people's incompetence I'm so happy that I found and contacted BVR 4yrs ago.

Great service from the team at BVR today. Last night the wife’s car broke down on the way home from work. We had it dropped off and didn’t expect to see it back till next week. It got looked at within and hour or so after we dropped the keys off and back home by the end of the day. Great work guys.

BVR is an absolute must place to go if you own an Audi/VW/Seat/Skoda...I’ve been going there for around 8 years with my cars and have recommended it to many friends..Dave provides top notch work and the customer service is excellent. Can’t understand anyone wanting to go to a Main Dealer/ elsewhere when BVR does a much better job at a reasonable price with people who are knowledgeable, efficient and who don’t try and create work for the sake of it...a great overall experience with a friendly/ personal touch from Dave/Emma and the team.

I had my car remapped by BVR today (2015 VW Passat). The team did an excellent job from start to finish, really friendly and very knowledgeable (especially their lovely dog Tom). Dave and his team were professional, honest and very informative, they could of taken a lot of money from me because I had my vehicle fault diagnosed somewhere else, I asked BVR to replace the EGR and waterpump/cambelt based on the report, Dave questioned the report BVR conducted a full range of checks which found no faults, I am not saying the other garage were wrong, but BVR were spot on and again HONEST and PROFESSIONAL... My wife and I have been using BVR for over 7 years now and we trust them implicitly to look after our VW's to the exceptionally high standards that we demand. Dave, the owner is always helpful and accommodating, his experience on VW group vehicles is exceptional. This VAG specialist has a fully equipped workshop with all the same gear as a main dealer, only use genuine parts, but charge only a fraction of the amount a local main dealer charges to do the same thing. We have always had fantastic service from this totally trustworthy family run business. If you own a VW Group vehicle you won't ever do better than put your trust in BVR for all servicing and repairs.

Searched for somewhere to repair my golf at a reasonable price after main dealer wanted over £1,100 for work required. Called BVR and they quoted me £400-£500 less for the same work using the same original VW parts as the dealer was quoting more for. Turned up to take the car in and was reassured to only see VW's being repaired so a genuine specialist in VW. Emma was very friendly and booked the car in and I also spoke to Dave the owner who was very knowledgeable and carried out the work. Drives like a dream now and furthermore have the reassurance a proper job was done.

I would like to say thanks to BVR for their help in fixing my parents Audi TT. The car had quite a serious engine failure but they diagnosed and fixed it at quite short notice.Polite and knowledgeable we were quoted a price before work carried out which is novel as some garages tend to go ahead and then wonder why a customer is shocked.The car runs fine again now.We have several Audi/VW cars in the family so I know where to bring them now including my own GTI that needs a cheeky remap.
