Im very impressed with the respray of my diamond cut alloy wheel and the staff were polite and professional. Cas in main reception was very helpful and i was very impressed with the price. Absolutely Flawless Finish - I am really impressed. There is no sign whatsoever that my alloys were ever damaged. I received a very professional service right from my initial visit to get a quote through to the actual work being done. There is an incredibly comfortable waiting room with a TV, coffee machine and WIFI. Cas and Phil are very professional and provide an amazing level of customer service. I would definitely definitely recommend Chips Away at Trentham lakes and should I need any further damage repairs I will absolutely be returning. Great job guys - thank you.

They completely removed one glance mark on the wing but really failed to deal successfully with the scratch mark on the forward body panel which we thought they would be up to a good repair as they advertised. All in all half satisfied.

Called into the workshop to ask about repairs to my front and rear bumpers. It was such a pleasure to be helped by such a friendly, helpful and professional work place. I was greeted by Shelly at reception who listened carefully to my requests. Phil came over to assess the damage and quickly gave an open and honest appraisal of his assessment and the work that he recommended which would bring my car back to the standard of looking like new. There was no pressure from the team to make an instant decision and I was able to consider what I had been told and decide my best way forward. We agreed on a date to take my car. Really pleased with the finished job. Top quality work form a highly skilled team of staff with excellent Customer Service skills.. Also met Cas when I collected the car who clearly runs a Top Class Work place. Thank You, well pleased.

Once again ChipsAway Stoke-on-Trent have surpassed themselves - completely saved the day - going the extra mile to help sort out the fixing of new private number plates to my sons car - the plates went missing in the post with next day delivery paid for (Royal Mail) by law the new plates had to be on the car by the next day - this lovely company had new plates made and fitted to the car that afternoon wow first class service -Thank you nice to have such friendly service - nothings too much for this company Thank you

I visited chips away in stoke on Trent and received an outstanding service. I was booked in quickly, given a reasonable quote and the work was all done in a day where other places had suggested a week or more for what was a rather big dent in the side of the car. Now you would never have known it was there, it looks brand new! Brilliant and friendly service.

Top job again by Chips Away in Stoke; managed to pickup a scuff and small dent to the rear wing of my BMW so took it to these guys again as I was so pleased when I last took my car there. Just picked it up and they've done a brilliant job again, wouldn't know it had been done and colour match is spot on. Many thanks again, Tony. Managed to pickup a largish stone chip right in the middle of my front bumper on my silver 911. I tried touching up myself but just managed to make it worse, so decided to give ChipAway at Stoke a try; not the cheapest, but I'm really pleased with the job they did, I wouldn't know it had ever been there and the colour match is spot on. I will certainly use them again in the future if any paintwork needed.

Called this morning having booked my car in for diamond wheel repair. What a lovely couple the owners are. I was given a choice of coffees to choose from in the very luxurious waiting room. I was a little early but that did,nt matter my car was taken in and started on. About 3 hours later it was ready and perfect and the hospitality inbetween made the wait seem a lot less. The price was fixed so i knew what i was paying so pleased thankyou to all. oh nearly forgot biscuits as well. Please do use this company they come highly reccomended. Regards steve adams.
