Utterly fantastic and amazing service. I booked with these guys literally the day before with my BMW 7 Series and they got me in the next day for a four wheel alignment, balancing and replacement of a malfunctioned brake wear sensor. They were cheaper than other garages I got quotes from and saw me a lot quicker. I felt confident with my car in their care and they even showed me the failed sensor. I have been round a fair few garages with my other cars and been in the automotive scene myself for years but I was blown away by how good the experience was. 10/10 would entrust them again with my cars again anytime.

Been going to this garage for MOT/ servicing and any work needed since I started driving around 12 years ago. Been to a couple of others on occasion due to friend recommendations but always come back to this one as the service is great. The guys there are always friendly and as a female customer I feel comfortable as they are not patronising at all unlike a lot of garages. They listen and advise and I don’t feel like I’m being ripped off or pushed into things. I also like the fact that it’s quick to get appointments usually as they are open 7 days. Took my car there today for a brake check as it was advised on my MOT due to brakes wearing thin and they advised on what needed doing, got me a quote and completed the job within a few hours at a reasonable price with the lifetime replacements included. Brilliant job. I’ll be back in summer when it is due a service.

Booked MOT + Hybrid service for my Toyota. Reasonably good experience. Kept me updated after MOT and then when service was about to complete. Customer service was good. Got my car ready before quoted time so thats a bonus. The only thing i’d say they can improve is to make a waiting room for people who are there for something quick. So far no issues have appeared in the car after the service; like some of the previous low rated comments said.

I had 2 new wheel bearings and new pads and discs. These should of been done via my warranty company, however they were dragging their heels and messing me around. Ian at Halfords sorted everything out and bent over backwards to fix my car at a reasonable price

I booked my car in to have an MOT on 7th January. Unfortunately this was cancelled the night before due to COVID. The man who telephoned me was very apologitic and helpful. This was rebooked for the 11th January at 4pm. I dropped the car off early in the morning as I had work and was expecting it to be ready at 5pm. I had a call at 10.45am letting me know that the car was ready. Can not fault the service at all. The staff were very helpful and will definitely use again.

The staff at the autocentre were absolutely brilliant. They saw to my car with no appointment booked as the battery had given up and I could not reach another autocentre. They were very professional and when they didn't have the right battery type they ordered another which arrived very quickly so that I could get back on the road. I booked in online to have two tyres and window wipers renewed. First time I have been to a garage on my own, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They also had my car straight away and the technician got to work on it straight away. There were 5 bays that people were working in and they were really busy. I still didn't have to wait long and with current restrictions I didn't have the problem of lots of people waiting. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

AWARD-WINNING SERVICE WITH A SMILE The staff at Halfords on Victoria Road, Stoke are first class. Everyone I spoke with was super-friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone went the extra mile to provide top quality service. I felt at all times that every staff member was respectful of my safety and their own, with adherence to all safety measures related to the Covid-19 Pandemic. I had 4 tyre fitted in good time and a staff member kindly placed the worn tyres into the back of my vehicle so I could take them home to perform their new duty as quirky garden planters. That took the sting out of paying for 4 new tyres, but to be honest, the advice and kind assistance of Halfords staff ensured that I had gotten a great deal on my lovely new tyres as well.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful when I arrived. The test was completed on time and I received an email message to tell me that my car was ready for collection. Then had a punctured tyre late afternoon 23 December - Gary sourced replacement tyres and these were fitted and wheels balanced on Christmas Eve by Andrew with no fuss. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from Matt and his colleagues. After my car failed its MOT on emissions at a different garage, I booked it into Halfords for their Cataclean Treatment having read a number of reviews. At £20, I thought it was worth giving it a go compared to the jobs the other garage was suggesting and prices they were quoting. (E.g, new Lambda sensors, new Cat converter). Matt kept me updated throughout the day and even found the main problem which was a small blow to the exhaust. He fixed this FOC and even tested it on their equipment to make sure it had solved the problem. I cannot thank Halfords enough, they went above and beyond in these difficult times and saved me a fortune. My car passed its MOT but in future I will be using Halfords after they have restored my confidence in honest workmanship.

As pointed out by others, the waiting area has no facilities to speak of so bring your own entertainment. But, as waiting areas go, it is clean, warm and the chairs are functionally comfortable. Words of advice; book online as it is cheaper that way and turn up before your allotted time or you'll likely be waiting longer.
