Very professional and polite. I was on my way to old trafford, my car dashboard came up with a reinstate tyre pressure warning. Top notch service by the team. I went in for a punctire repair, they identified an additional 2 screws in other tyres and repaired at the same time. Also, why I way in the garage a young lady came in to discuss what she thought was 'Too much oil in her car'. The technician took her keys, inspected her oil levels and confirmed she was correct, and too much oil was in the car, and it was essential some was drained away. He then undertook the procedure, and returned 10 minutes later with the surplus oil (approx 5 litres) in a collection drum (not sure what the technical term is). She thanked the technician, and what was most pleasing is that no charged was levvied on the customer, it was simply in my opinion, your technician doing the right thing. This level of service I am sure you see this lady returning for 'Paid work', and set a standard of customer service others could pay attention to and learn from. Well done guys...

Had an issue where locking wheel nut bolt had gone missing. Obviously, that could be a nightmare if I picked up a puncture, which with doing 800-1000 miles a week could happen at anytime. Chris helped quickly and efficiently, and only charged for the replacement bolts, having me back on the road within an hour. Great service, and well recommended.

Having sat in the waiting room 3 times for almost a hour over the last week or so to have tyre problems diagnosed and then replacements fitted on 2 different cars. Brought my partners car for its m.o.t just like to thank the staff for there help. Though we had booked the car in online for 3pm and said we had online but when we got to the garage they could not find the slot we had booked.so a member of the team had anothet look online and managed to get us booked in a bit later on that day as a slot had become free. Had a screw in my tyre so I was expecting to replace it with a new one. Phoned up Kwik fit and they told me I can just drive in and there was no need for an appointment but they were busy and would need an hour and a half to do it. It was done on time and lucky for me the screw didn't go all the way through so it just needed a quick puncture repair which saved me a lot of money. I appreciate their honesty and accuracy with the repair and waiting times and would definitely recommend/visit them again for my car troubles!

Car developed exhaust fault whilst visiting daughter in Stoke on Trent. Took car to Hanley Kwik Fit at 3 30 Saturday afternoon although the guys there could not get parts or prices until Tuesday they did a temporary repair on a broken bracket to get us back to Essex. The exhaust was blowing a little too from further up but they explained it was only making more noise when accelerating and should survive the journey home. They were reassuring and kind and didn't charge though I would have gladly paid.

Brakes died on the car. Both front Disc and Pads and both rear Pads. Loved the idea of lifetime guarantee on the brake pads providing the discs are good. Will definitely keep returning if pads get worn. Nice and friendly staff i think one was Andy and I can't recall the young man on the desk I was chatting to about COVID-19 and impact on Society . Good customer service with a slight discount.

Good service and these guys really know their stuff but there was quite a wait. It'd be good if they told you the approximate wait time when you first go in and submit your details so you can walk around Hanley, etc, while your car is being fixed. Staff are really nice and clued up and will definitely be going back there again.

Aside from the team being astoundingly good looking and great dancers, they are also polite, always happy to help and so friendly and understanding that you can't help but feel comfortable. I trust the boys to always do what's needed, give me the best price and squish my car in when I get a 'hunch' that it just 'feels funny'. Since Chris has been the lead singer at Marsh Street, I really feel that the band have gone from strength to strength. The office is always clean and warm, which has always been a bug bear of mine with garages. The lads are also really lovely with kids and take the time to explain to my little boy what's happening to the cars outside the window. I also feel its worth a mention that I have never felt anything less than perfectly safe there. Especially with the PPE and Covid guidelines they maintain without a hint of awkwardness or annoyance. They've taken it all in their stride and even today, when I phoned Chris in a flap because the engine actually fell out of my car, the response was fast, easy and he just couldn't do enough to help and reassure me. Great team, great branch, very well managed and very well staffed. Thanks boys.

The mechanic (as were all the staff) was very polite, informed us of all the details included in the repair & because we initially went for air con, once the condenser was fixed they refilled it. Our family car developed a battery charging problem whilst on holiday near Stoke-on-Trent. We dropped it in to this branch at 9.30am. The staff and mechanics were superb. 3 hours later they had replaced the alternator and literally saved our holiday! Superb service, highly recommended and the price was extremely reasonable!

I'm really happy with kwikfit, the exhaust was blowing on my sons car, it was put up on the ramps, I was shown the problem was only a joint had slipped apart which was remedied in two minutes ramp down, no charge.sound advice from the technician regards preventative measures too . This is the second time I've visited ' dodgy' Kwik Fit to have some work done on my car. This time it was the branch in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. Again I received a five star service. Once again, no insulting your intelligence by trying on slimy rip-off tricks to frighten/pressure you into having a load of unnecessary work done (unlike a certain other multi outlet branch). Just simple and honest service from people who gave me the confidence that my car was in good hands. I have used Kwik Fit on a few occasions previously and always found that they cant do enough for you. We use the one situated in Hanley, Stoke on Trent, with the manager Steve. I last used them on Friday 20/09 for an MOT, booked just a day before. I dropped the vehicle off early in the morning, on my way to work as it was due to be tested at 2:15pm. They called me at work to advise that at 10:00am it had been completed due to a cancellation, but as I was unable to pick up they allowed the car to stay on site until I finished work at 5:00pm. This is undoubtedly excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

1st MOT on my new YARIS (after 3 years ofcourse). I found their MOT prices due to their 50th anniversary which were quite cheap. Initially i was very skeptical that cheap MOT would mean undue extra faults and may be i would have to face some upselling but i was in and out straight in about 30 mins with no faults no extra work. Just advisory on tyres which is to be expected anyway. KWIK FIT PLUS at Hanely are good. And at this price i would grab and do an early MOT if i had chance next year too.

Wonderful service despite fully booked they were very kind in getting my e240 merc to start, but had to drive home to kent without stopping engine as there was no time to affect a repair. the ever helpful mechanic said it was a fuel problem but he may like to know it was an ignition one something to do with a fuse constantly blowing on the ignition equipment. Cannot fault the tyre change itself as the tyres were changed hassle free. What annoys me is the staff handle the tyres and tools etc but don't change their gloves when they manoeuvre your car in and out of the garage. I always wipe my steering wheel with a damp cloth after visiting as the dirt from their gloves transfer to your steering wheel. Also some members of staff are lax with seat covers only putting them where their bum goes and not actually applying the cover this has only happened on the most recent visit. It may be this specific branch i cannot speak for the others Mechanic wise i cannot fault but there is a slight lack of respect for your vehicle when they handle it with dirty gloves and improper used seat covers. It wont stop me from returning but it spurs me on to give my car a good clean inside after.

Took our car in to Kwik Fit for a comparison price as the recent service at the dealership said we needed the brake pads replacing. Hanley Kwik Fit told us they didn’t need replacing at all - this was surprising honesty when they could have played on our ignorance and just taken our money like the dealership was going to do. On arrival greeted by friendly reception staff member who immediately assigned fitter to fit 2 tyres to car. Job completed in 35 mins. On checking new tyres I was very disappointed to see that tyres and wheels were covered in a paste like substance probably sealant and looked really dirty and scruffy. Obviously the job had not been cleaned up on completion. So not entirely happy but would still use Kwik -Fit in future.
