First time using Mark, for my MK5 Golf GTI. My mechanic didn't want to touch my car and suggested I go see an auto electrician. Mark was the first result with 142 positive Google reviews! (Not fake too). RAC wrongly told me to change the battery, and if that didn't work, change alternator. I did my own research and found the battery was healthy. Still wasn't sure whether to replace the alternator or not (expensive). Thought I would explain the symptons to Mark and he said he would further investigate. Left the car at 7am, finished at 12. Excellent and honest workmanship. Turned out it was simple a faulty rotted away wire. Nothing to do with battery or alternator as suggested by RAC. I am so glad I went to Mark instead of forking out hundreds, attempting to fix my issue by process of elimination - pointlessly replacing components. Not just that, he is super friendly and straight to the point. Punctual with timings, polite on the phone. Not many people or businesses around like Mark's. Will definitely return to him for any auto-electrical issues. Thank you Mark.

I had problems with the injectors on my car and he checked it out for me and within a few days my car starts perfectly with no problems at all worth the money and the mechanic who runs it is a nice guy one of the best to go to

Having used the business for over 3 years now for our delivery van, finally I used it for my car. I was asked to drop the car off to check the issue. Normally they would have booked it in for Monday but I reside out of town and needed the car back same day. The problem found was a dangerous one involving replacing 3 wheel bearings, and so the lads completed the job same day by staying past 6pm to finish the work.

Mark saved our summer holiday. On a journey from London to Scotland the alternator failed on the car. It was late in the day but we managed to find a hotel, and more importantly got referred to Mark by a local garage (all of which were completely booked up until next week). Mark said bring the car to him at 7am the following morning, I did so and he called me at 8.15am to say it would be ready in half an hour with a new alternator. We then completed our journey to Scotland and all is well with the car. Very very happy, amazing service, still can't quite believe how good it was. We were incredibly fortunate that the failure happened within 10 miles of his garage, the alternative would likely have been recovering the car back to London and losing over £1000 on the accommodation we booked. Can not recommend this guy enough!

Amazing guy. Diagnosed my starter problem just by looking at it. Let me fix it in his vice, and on my way within minutes. Brilliant service is all I can say. Not seen a negative feedback comment.

Been to see Mark a couple of times in the past, he's always provided excellent quality and friendly service. Fixed my alternator issues quickly for a very reasonable price VS main dealers and other mechanics. In this particular case, I was getting an intermittent battery light on my Ford Focus. Previously took it to a mechanic who misdiagnosed the problem as an alternator wiring fault and wanted to charge a limb just to investigate the problem. Took the car to Mark and despite him being very busy, diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. I highly recommend Mark, top bloke!

Highly recommended! Mark saved me a small fortune by repairing the starter motor on my Lotus. Dropped the starter off on Tuesday and it was repaired and ready by Thursday. Fitted back on the car and now it starts on the button. Fantastic, fast service and great price. Cheers, Mark.

Such a top, helpful man my Mondeo had a very serious power drain issue where others have failed, Mark solved the problem in next to no time and actually for less than he originally quoted. I had thought that the only solution was to have put an isolator switch in but no it wasn’t necessary Mark is a true professional he’s honest and wants the best for his customers. Although I'm not a mechanic by trade, I'm pretty handy with spanners myself, but had an electrical gremlin that both myself and a mobile mechanic were unable to diagnose correctly despite having diagnostic software. I was desperate to get the car back on the road without the battery dying after 30 minutes. Mark had the job done within 3 hours and for a great price. Nice bloke, very knowledgeable; overall a pleasure to do business with. Will definitely go back to him when needed, and recommend to friends/family.

Went to mark today with my camper with a suspected dodgy alternator, he tested and found it was ok. He then diagnosed the problem for me told me what I need to do and gave me the stuff to fix it as he couldn't fit it in for me. I even overpaid him as he thoroughly deserved it.
