Great service, they were very busy but fitted my car in at short notice and are very knowledgeable. Looks like they've managed to fix what has been a tricky intermittent issue and the cost was very reasonable. Definitely worth considering if you need any work doing on your Mercedes.

Have used Merx for the last 3 years, for servicing and repairs. They have never let me down and look after my pride and joy extremely well. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They are also extremely good value for money, when compared to the main dealer and in my opinion they know more than the main dealer. As an example, I had an engine fault which put my car into limp mode. When it was plugged into the diagnostic equipment it showed a fault. The technician said that he disagreed with what the diagnostic told him, as in his experience this particular fault was due to something else. With a little more investigation it turned out that the technician was right and the machine was wrong. There is no substitute for experience and time served.

BAS ESP light on, ML320. Took the jeep to 4 different services, no one could identify the issue despite changing brake booster, battery etc. Went to Merx today and the light was fixed within a few hours. I was so impressed and delighted. Totally recommend Merx, efficient, professional and reasonable charges for work.

Had a parking brake cable replaced and child seat sensor changed on my E220 convertable, excellent job and very competitively priced I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone, service and brake change coming up and will be giving them another call 😊
