Great service! Mick picked my car up within an hour of me calling having hit the curb, bending my wishbone and making my car un-drivable. Mick managed to fit me in quickly, and provided me with a courtesy car until my car was ready for collection. My car was finished within days of it being picked up, Mick rang and was very upfront about all the work he had carried out. Expecting a large bill I was chuffed at how much I was charged! Mick provides an honest and professional service at great value, I will definitely be using in the future.

Highly recommend Mick! Had issues with my Dacia stepway engine and it needed it stripping down and rebuilding. I am from Congleton and Mick was the only one who was able to help me with a very short notice and to repair engines as most garages I contacted do not do engine repairs. My car had previously been in another garage twice that month and they were unable to repair my engine and they advised me to buy a new car. I am so very greatful for the time Mick put into my car and for the service he provided. I will be using his services again. Best experience I have ever had with a garage. Thank you once again Mick

Mick is a highly skilled mechanic; with oodles of knowledge, professional integrity and customer care We had been having problems with an old motorhome and he gave lots of his time by inspecting the vehicle and trying to locate obsolete parts for us etc. We are certainly going to book it in with him to get the work done - 100% confidence in the garage. Until that time he wouldn't charge us a penny!! Despite all time spent when he is already clearly very busy. Amazing service.

Fantastic service! My car broke down on Monday bank holiday while I was on holiday in Leek. Could not find any garage available , rang Mick off the internet, what a great find!, he came over same afternoon and towed away my car ,fitted new starter motor and even brought the car back to me , which is 40 minute drive from his garage. Mick came out to my car on the drive, after it wouldn't start. I needed a replacement battery. He ,returned first thing the next morning,as promised, and fitted a new battery within 10 minutes, at a very reasonable price. Thank you Mick. Highly Recommend Mick his garage and his team. I'm new to the area so wanted to find a excellent garage with 'propper' mechanics that could diagnose an engine problem with my Merc. I spent hours researching garages in Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas and after reading the reviews and services offered by Mick chose him to fix the car. Mick saved me from the side of the road in an unknown area in the rain on my way to a hen do! Real damsels in distress. He arrived within 15 minutes and had my car back at his garage 15 minutes later. He provided me with a courtesy car so I was on my way to join the hen party in no time. He then kept me up to date with what was wrong and pricing. Then had it repaired in no time! An absolute hero in my time of need. Thanks Mick! Great communication, patience and understanding! What can say about Mick white’s garage without it sounding like he paid me for the review! Both he and Donna are amazing to deal with. I damaged the engine in my Vito back in October. Roanza stoke were absolutely useless and I’d lost faith in having the engine replaced due to their prices and general customer service. I thought I’d get the engine rebuilt and micks garage was recommended so I dropped him an email. His response was quick and 100% sympathetic to the situation and went about finding a recon engine for the van. He did everything and all I had to do was pay. Effortless and an absolute dream to deal with. I couldn’t pick the van up for 2 weeks after the job was complete and again no problem at all. In the end my friend picked it up and Mick picked him up from the train station. If you want service that is value for money with honesty and compassion then this is the garage for you. My Vito will be going back for all works now, Mick and Donna are rarities in this day and age who put customer service at the top of the agenda. 5 stars

My car developed an oil leak as my family and I were travelling home from the Peak District. Mick's was the only local garage we called (out of about 20) who could look at it at short notice on a Saturday morning. Mick identified the problem quickly and we realised it was covered by our warranty. He also let my sons use his toilet while we waited for the recovery van to get us home. Mick was absolutely great. Following a breakdown we had the car recovered home. Unsure who to call we took a chance on MW, and were not disappointed. Mick came and picked the car up the next day, and had it fixed and dropped back on our drive the same day. Faultless service at a fair price, couldn’t do enough for us. We’ve experienced a lot of cowboy mechanics who try it on, but Mick is one of the rare few that values his customers and gives top notch service.

I can't recommend these guys enough. My wife was stuck with a blwon clutch. Mick picked her and the car up, gave her a courtesy car, and 2 days later, the car was fixed. From start to end Mick was very helpful and very reasonably price. An honest company, which is will definitely be using again.

I could not have been happier with the service i received from Mick and his team. I broke down on the A50 with my 2 year old son in the car and it was snowing outside. I called Mick and he was with me in 10 minutes. He towed me to his garage, gave me a courtesy car and my car was fixed and ready to pick up the very next day. I was in such a state and was so glad i found his business. He was extremely reasonable with prices and was their in a flash. I could not recommend Mick enough.

I stumbled upon this garage 2 years ago, when working in the area, and have had all repairs and MOT's conducted by Mick ever since. His customer service is first rate, even kindly provide a van for use while works were being undertaken. I loved his upfront and honest approach to business. Every time work is conducted, I feel relieved as his prices are incredibly fair and you feel you have got the most out of your money. Fantastic garage! Even though I am no longer working in this area, I will certainly be returning for future MOT's and repairs, as this is, by far, the fairest, most reliable and trustworthy garage I have ever come across. Great service Came here to get diagnosis for why my engine oil pressure light was popping up. It turned out that it only needed a cleanse of engine and pipes, whereas some repair shops were suggesting it to be a Head Basket failure, which would have been quite expensive. I got the car back the next day.
