Emma Edwards is an alternative family account we used for reviewing Rapid Automotive which Google for some reason won't allow us to delete or edit. After discussing the issue with the garage manager regarding the moving of items in the car, including my mobility scooter was partly due to preparation for valeting & the timing of my arrival to collect the car. This was the only issue I had, otherwise the service was prompt, efficient and well priced. I will probably use Rapid again.

NOT happy with state of car on collecting it; everything had been emptied out of glovebox/door pockets onto seats, and worst of all the mobility scooter had been removed from the boot (why? nobody had an answer), and was in various places out in the car park(the seat had been apparently thrown out into the field). If that's the way they treat customer's personal property then we will be taking our custom elsewhere
