Found TQC through Google and tried them based on their positive reviews, I rang to book the car in for a service but couldn’t get through but got a call back from them and spoke to Gav, I booked my car in for a service and asked him for advice on an issue with the car and can honestly say the professionalism displayed and experienced from the company was amazing, Gav gave honest advice and his wealth of experience and knowledge was extremely helpful in explaining what was required of the car if it was to be repaired with opinions suggested etc they’re an honest garage and I can honestly say probably the most approachable garage I’ve come across, they were very helpful and the advice they gave and explained clearly with an honest opinion and won’t try ripping you off. Overall my experience was great one, great customer service, keep up the good work.

I have been a regular customer of TQC for six years, since they started. Service has always been professional in every way. I have waited in reception several times for my service to be carried out and have only ever witnessed polite, friendly interaction with other customers both on the phone and in person. They always have time to discuss needs and offer the best advice. Yes, it's a busy garage, testament to their skill and reputation, but the treatment you receive is always worthwhile. I've had MOTs, general services and tyres fitted all round. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, whatever make of vehicle.

After a garage local to me decided to completely remove most of the programming from my car when installing coding for a replacement amplifier TQC came highly recommended by someone i know from Audi themselves. Ian was great throughout the entire job aswell as fixing a sensor i needed doing causing the engine light to flag up. Slightly further than I initially wanted to travel but was worth it for the service and professionalism. And knowing my vehicle was in the hands of someone who had good knowledge of the cars programming.

My car was pre booked in during lockdown, so the friendly staff at TQC rescheduled me to be booked in after lock down, true to their words they got me in this week and did the repairs and got me back on the road in no time which was excellent and hassle free especially during these difficult times times. Fantastic service from TQC. Had an electrical issue that needed sorting. Broke down on my way to them and Keith came out chucked a battery on and got me back on my way. Just wanted to say a bid “thank you” to Ian at TQC who completed the repair on the UK Valeting Services, VW Caddy van today. I had explained to Ian when booking the vehicle in that we ideally wanted to get the repair completed on Saturday so this did not interfere with our client appointments. Ian accommodated our request and made sure that the job was completed as quick as possible so that we could get back to work and the price charged was cheaper than originally quoted. Ian is a friendly, polite and professional technician/business owner and I would recommend him to anyone who owns a VW group vehicle.

After taking my A6 to two different places where they made a right hash of my tracking, Ian had my vehicle in for 20 minutes on a Saturday morning and transformed my vehicle to its true self, as I say 20 minutes to sort out a problem that 2 other big named garages couldn’t fix, Thanks Ian!!!

This is the first time I have used this garage for my Audi TT mk1. It was based on a competitive quote and comprehensive replies to my emails. Other garages did not show this attention to detail or offer such individual personal service. All three mechanics were attentive, friendly and went the extra mile. If it’s good old fashioned service you require and reassurance of a job done well then you should make this business your first point of call.

Great garage for vw/audis. Saved me over £1200 on a power steering pump for my wifes polo vs the main dealer. They guys there really know their stuff with main dealer knowledge at a fraction of the prices.

Ian, Gav and the guys did an excellent job on my Audi A1 timing chain as they are Audi specialists they knew how to do this difficult job., quotes from other garages were £250 to £300 more and had no experience of the task, they also look after my S5 Audi to a high standard, loads of knowledge on the VW/Audi brand, will continue to use their services

I can’t rate these guys enough. A4 Avant- 2008 issue with DPF and a knocking sound from front suspension. Turned out both bottom ball joints had failed and on to top off that, the suspension arm had a crack in it. They talked me through the issue and offered me real affordable options to get me back on the road. I would dread to think what the repair bill would have been at a main dealer for this work. These guys have main dealer knowledge and technical know-how. And the best of all, it really was a service with a smile. I left the garage knowing that my car had been cared for by qualified Audi technicians at a fraction of the cost. Rest assured as long as I own an Audi, any work I need doing will be done with these guys. Oh and I live in Winsford Cheshire, so it’s not local to me.

Had several of my cars in for work with the guys over the last few years. Most recently a big list of jobs on my A4 Avant. Car had all main dealer history, but when I priced up the jobs that needed doing TQC came in at less than half of the cost for the exact same parts and labour of Audi. You’re paying way less for the exact same dealer qualified mechanics and the work is always spot on. I saved more than enough money on the bill to cover a Stage 1 remap aswell and now the car is a rocket and better on fuel than before. I won’t use anywhere else. There is a reason why these guys are so busy, be patient if they can’t get to the phone they will always get back to you if you email or leave a message.

I recently visited tqc to have my car serviced and have two new tyres on and this included a full vehicle inspection.
