I needed the immobiliser deleted from my Golf ECU. I contacted Vagtronics by phone a couple of times and they were helpful and reassuring. I sent the ECU off, the work was done next day and I got it back within 2 days. Plugged it in and job done. Really pleased.

Had immobiliser fault on 2001 Passat (330,000 miles and my "work" vehicle, owes me nothing). Saw VAGTRONICS ad on eBay offering to delete immobiliser from ECU. Was nervous posting off ECU to place I had never seen in another part of the country but.... Had some questions so messaged in the evening via eBay. Got a reply late that same night. Posted unit to them next day. They turned it round the day they got it. I phoned to check a few things; instant pick up, comprehensive and helpful answers. Problem sorted, car back on the road and earning its keep. Great and swift service, exactly what I needed, good price and most importantly really helpful when I asked "idiot" questions (like "where is the bloomin ECU and how do I get it out") . Fully recommended by a very happy customer.

The FRM Footwell Module on my Partner's 2011 Mini-First became corrupt/broke following a battery change (sounds like a common problem on the Mini). Vagtronics fixed the FRM issue on the same day at a very reasonable price. Excellent service that could not be faulted. Many thanks

FRM module issue on BMW. Module re-coded in lightning quick time. They knew they it was down to a battery issue I had on the car so highly recommended that I had my battery checked before they carried out the work so it didn’t happen again. I ended up getting a new battery. Without this recommendation it would have cost me more in the long run so very happy with the knowledge and recommendation. Drove my car to the shop and was out within 30 mins. Thanks!
