Took my BMW m140i for an mot and service, what a fantastic experience, guys there know their stuff and are really friendly, customer service is amazing they couldn't have been more helpful. They are a BMW approved service centre and update the central BMW service computer as well as the cars idrive service history, so equivalent to a main dealer service but at an affordable cost. Thanks for the great experience guys much appreciated Neil

Having been told by two other places that my car would more than likely need at least 2K spent on it to get back to full working order I took it here for a final opinion before trading in and with a little bit of time and expert knowledge it turned out that it was an issue with the tyres and nothing to do with the engine saving me a fortune! Will definitely be taking my car back to these guys in future .

Had a major electrical problem with my e46 convertible lost my wipers, windows, and everything else electrical in the car. contacted Kelly at reception she booked the car in the guys there are 100% professional rob is a very knowledgeable man he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of hours, with Kelly keeping me informed all along the way, very reasonably priced. Rob, Kelly, Paul and Brandon are the guys who will be looking after my BMW from here on!! If you’ve got problems with your BMW then take it here as where others claim to be specialists auto scan bmw really are the specialists!! Very happy customer 5 star

I needed work done on my old 325ti (2001) They changed all the rear suspension, fixed a diff leak, sorted out the broken handbrake and rear drums and installed two new front control arms. Car was ready when they said it would be and the polite receptionist kept me updated the whole way. If you have a BMW and need maintenance work done and live in South Wales, this is the place to come to. Given the old girl a new lease of life!

Had to use Autoscan ones again as I had a problem with the battery, had the battery checked by another garage whilst they were changing my tyres and they said it was ok, but was still having issues booked it in to Autoscan and found the battery was dead, changed it there and then no problems since excellent service yet again.
