Broke down en route to Tenby from Bristol and was recovered by Civic Motor Services through Green Flag. They arrived pretty quick and took my van to storage while I continued by taxi. The following morning I spent a long time trying to find a garage open on a bank holiday weekend that could fix the issue, when Civic learned of this they offered to carry out the repair themselves. This was headed up by a great bloke called Rob who carried out the work when he wouldn't normally be working and coordinated his colleagues to ensure I could collect the van late on the Sunday evening, this was Eddie. I feel they went way beyond what is normally expected and did me a great service for which I am sincerely grateful. I would definitely recommend these guys to take care of your motoring issues, a huge thanks again to Rob and the team.

Recovered my vehicle tonight, without fuss, kept me updated. Used through RAC and if I needed recovering again I’d ask for this. Absolutely spot on and Alex who recovered me was an absolute legend. Knew what he was doing, was fast and punctual, gave me updates on his location and some potential ways to solve the problems before he arrived. Genuinely could not sing his praises more. What a wonderful company. So supportive and amazing service. Totally reliable and would recommend to everyone :) Everyone I encountered was friendly , positive and really kind. They really care about people. On a visit to my parents to take them to hospital appointments I discovered a grinding noise and was advised it was back brakes and unsafe to drive .I contacted Green Flag who then passed me on to Civic and how grateful I am for that. I was 45 mins from home and needed to get back the next day. Tracey was so helpful and ensured that they did everything to fix the problem by the next day and at a reasonable cost. My car was collected by a lovely man and Tracey kept me informed every step of the way. They also collected me to collect my car as my parents can no longer drive and again the driver was so friendly. I am so thrilled with the service and repair that I am even thinking of using them for my MOT/ Service next year. It is so nice to meet a company that take pride in customer service and value people. I had a coil spring break en route to work on the Heads of the Valleys Rd, it was a horrible day, never stopped raining . RAC were really busy and the Civic garage were sent to my rescue on behalf of the the RAC . They were very nice people to deal with from the recovery driver through to the team in the office and the mechanics, very welcoming and eager to help. They had my car sorted in record time and fixed me up with a courtesy car in the interim. A really good outfit.

Ross assisted me with a breakdown on Saturday and got me back on the road quickly and efficiently, identified the fault with my car (which had puzzled others when it had failed previously) in no time at all, booked it in for repairs today, and it was fixed quickly for a good price. So we broke down at Junc 46 on the M4 last Friday at around 4:30pm. We were in our Pathfinder towing a twin axle caravan. The RAC came out and could not fix it the alternator which had completely gone along with the belt. They got in touch with Civic Recovery who were the only ones who could get a new alternator and fix it the next day. The recovery vehicle at the time was pulling a car out of a ditch but as soon as that job was done they promised us we would be recovered. Shortly after Liam turned up and in no time we were being recovered back to their yard. Civic very kindly gave us a car so we could get to our hotel. The next morning we phoned Civic to see if the repair could be done, and yes as promised Rob the mechanic said the parts were on their way. By 2pm Rob has fitted the alternator completed a test drive and said we were good to go. All the guys in the garage helped us hook up the caravan and finally we were back on the road. Civic Recovery your all stars from the office staff keeping us informed, Liam for recovering us and Rob for fitting the new parts. Thank you all.

I can heartily recommend civic they have serviced all my cars for the past 10 years and the they have never let me down. Once I put my Audi in for a serice 4 days before attending my parents funeral . There was a problem getting a much need part so Tracy the owner put another Audi on hire for me and to attend the funeral. Rob the senior mechanic also sent the part off the have It refurbish and turned around over night. This enabled me to go out in my own car with peace of mind. It was invauable as a service to me and I will always be greatfull. They go the extra mile and the whole team work as one and they are a credit the Tracy and I won't considered Dee going anywhere else.

Civic were most helpful on repairing my Audi A3.....needed a turbo as oil was going in to the engine and smoke out the back..... They recovered my car with a friendly experience on a recovery truck. Civic repaired my car within 4 days and supplied me with a free hire car till I got mine back...great company and reasonable ....highly recommend

A first class garage. Took the car in with management system faults under warranty. Paul the manager explained what would take place and the price. Rob (top bloke and mechanic) took the car and did his magic. Rob then took me out for a run in the car to satisfy me all was working. At the end he told me that if there were any problems come back. I went to see Paul and stated that I will be back in June for the annual service. Highly recommend the garage entirely honest and professional.

We broke down on our way through Wales and figured our weekend away was ruined, but Adrian sorted everything out - the car was taken to the Civic garage, Adrian got people in over the weekend to fix the problem, and we were able to drive the fixed car back home on Sunday. The staff at Civic rescue are hardworking helpful and informative, they recognise that for a lot of people transport is a huge issue and that without it life becomes difficult and stressful , therefore whenever possible they will get a courtesy car and sometimes even the owner gives lifts to people , they are thorough with their mechanical work , I would highly recommend this garage .
