M. E.Excellent service. Professional, courteous and customer service second to none. Alex and George in Reception, fabulous with nothing too much trouble. Over and above my expectations. Kay and another lady phoned me when they said they would and again answered all my queries regarding collection of repaired car, when they said they would. Well done all concerned. Made, what was for me, a disagreeable event easy to go through. Car was even valeted to a high standard. Well done FRF on your fantastic team.

a. t.Great people and great service if you are unlucky enough to have bumped your car. Parts for vehicles are slow to come through no fault of FRF, just the supply chain issues. Highly recommended
