I cannot thank this garage enough, they got us out of a terrible situation when the new car we brought 4 hours earlier lost its clutch 6 hours away from home. They got the car fixed quickly, sorted out the warranty for us, gave the vehicle a proper good look over and gave us peace of mind and the guys down there couldn’t have been friendlier! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a service previously which was easy to book in and handled well. Then had an issue regarding the under tray of the car becoming loose and gave them a ring, popped in and they secured it quickly before ordering in a replacement part. Communication was great and they let me know when it was in, turned up and the part was fitted straight away whilst I waited. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Excellent service from the R-Tec team. I supplied my own lowering spring which they fitted and had a 4 wheel alignment. Very knowledgeable and helpful with a spotless reception/waiting area as well as the garage area looking just as clean. Great local garage which i will be using again. Thanks

Highly recommend this garage. I have a VW T-Roc and the clutch just stopped working. I didn't know about RTEC so called VW Sinclair who didn't even bother returning my call after 3 attempts. I found RTEC online and they were brilliant. Fitted me in the same week, excellent communication, did what was needed and will definitely be using them again.

I started using R Tec when we moved from Cardiff to Swansea a number of years ago. I was looking for a vw specialist originally. They now look after 2 work Van's and also a number of personal vehicle's. I haven't got a bad word to say about them, all the members of staff are friendly and honest in both branches. They are extremely professional and trustworthy they get the work done when they say they are going to do it, there is never any added surprises to the cost. If there is any extra work needed they are straight on the phone to confirm they can carry out the work with your permission and they get it done when they are carrying out the original work. For my work Van's if there is a issue they get them straight in and turned around in the quickest possible time. I have always had things going on with vehicles through out the years and like to keep on top them, I can honestly say they are by far the best garage I have used, for modifications and also general maintenance. Between their branches and buisness contacts they are a 1 stop shop for anything automotive.

After using R-tec for many years now I have come to the conclusion that the service provided at R-tec is second to none, the quality of work carried out is main dealer standard but at a lower cost. There is always a detailed description of the problem with your car/work being carried out to explain what needs doing and are usually given a couple of options before work is carried out. If you don't like the thought of having to pay out work in one lump sum there is also finance options which can be a life saver!
