J. H.I recently had my 3 week old Audi RS5 repaired in Sinclair body shop Swansea after it was reversed into. It wasn’t a right off but it needed a new wing, bonnet, bumper etc. Obviously I was upset having to get a brand new car fixed and was determined to get it back to new condition. Well needless to say I couldn’t have been happier with the work that was carried out by these guys. I’m not afraid to say I’m obsessed about things being perfect and at my first point of contact with Garry I voiced my concerns. Instantly he put my mind at rest by offering me to pop in and take a look at cars that were already being repaired to see the quality. The time Garry spent with me was as far as I’m concerned above and beyond what was required. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and upon collection the car was gleaming. I can’t thank Garry and his team enough for the care that they took with my baby and without any doubt if ever I have the need to use a body shop again I won’t be going anywhere else. 5 stars isn’t enough for the service I received.
