SWANSEA DIAGNOSTICS Diagnosed problem with my steering rack as I had a complete lack of steering on my 2019 bmw 3 series (G20)and lights up all over the place literally unusable replaced the rack with a donor part as new part not available re-coded it completely!! Car as good as new again in just three days (this is including waiting for part to be delivered) absolutely couldn’t be more helpful and considerate would absolutely recommend to anyone 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Contacted Swansea Diagnostics regarding an engine malfunction warning on our Ford Kuga. Rob came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly as a faulty pressure sensor. He suggested several options regarding obtaining the right part as cheaply as possible and was more than happy to tell my husband that it was a fairly easy job to do himself with a little bit of guidance. We managed to get the replacement sensor very reasonably ( compared to official Ford prices) and my husband fitted it within 15mins following Rob's instructions. Would definitely recommend Rob and his team. Thanks

Swansea Diagnostics replaced my Dashboard Clocks after they failed on my 2016 VW Golf. Rob was very friendly and was able to carry out this work at my house, which saved me having to spend money on recovery. Absolutely fantastic experience. Had an electrical fault on a 2008 Toyota Hilux turbo. I was under alot of time pressure to repair for a pending Holiday to France, Rob came out over a bank holiday, diagnosed the fault, and repaired as soon as humanly possible. Could not recommended more. Will be using Robs services again.

1st thing i have to say he was very friendly and informative talking me through what he was doing to try and find the issue i had with the car not starting. The service I received was outstanding. Not only did he get the car started and he got me back to the garage then he arranged for me to be taken home while he got on with finding the issue. He diagnosed where the fault maybe, which was the ECU and a broken bracket which it sat in, he arranged for the ECU to be tested, where 2 faults were found and repaired and probably caused by the ECU moving around in the broken bracket. He then tried to price a new bracket but found that the dealer was asking for too much money so proceeded to repair the broken bracket saving me money. Also the cost of testing and repairing the ECU came back cheaper than what was 1st quoted. All I can say is very honest and does his best to keep the price down as much as possible. Now that's what I call looking after the customer, I have already started recommending him to my friends and family.
