B. P.Can't recommend highly enough! Frans and the team did a great job on our major service, MOT and all the relevant changes needed on our car. A very genial and professional outfit, we were updated throughout the process and they even kept our car overnight to wait for a part to replace. All in all, a 5 star service.

A. H.I don't normally write reviews but thought I would on this occasion! This garage is awesome...the owner Frans is such a nice, genuine guy. He and his team do a smashing job, I've just taken my car in for a full service and MOT and asked him to take a look at my gear stick as I was struggling to change gear easily. Just picked my car up, it's running better than it has for years, and he sorted the gear stick without charging me. It's not often you get service like that from a garage and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. He's also incredibly talented at making pens amongst other things, which he sells in his shop and they are just beautiful.

H. R.Amazing service by friendly Frans. Frans listens to the customer and he understands the concerns before he commences work. Once he assess the car he will get back to you quickly and gives the best advise and quote to decide to go ahead or not. He doesn't charge unnecessarily and advises what's needed and what's optional.
We need more Frans in this world I feel, he is honest and has loads of knowledge on the cars.

N. F.My partner and I put our car in to get the clutch replaced. We phoned a few places and decided on Advanced Cars because they were friendly, reasonable and were more optimistic that the car would be ready by the time we needed it (within 48 hours of drop off).
Friendly on the phone and provided an exact quote rather than a rough estimate. Far more reassuring! Upon drop off, equally as friendly and confirmed that the car would be ready within the 48 hours that we so desperately needed it to be.
We had a text 24 hours later, Percy was all fixed and ready for collection. Upon arrival to collect our car, we were charged exactly as quoted (including VAT, a test drive, all the extra oils and what-have-yous). We were advised of a slight abnormality with the vehicle, that doesn't constitute a problem. Other garages would have taken it upon themselves to needlessly assess, "fix" and charge us for this but Advanced were only there to do their job and help us out.
Car drives like a dream, better than we've ever had it before. Would definitely recommend. Happy happy happy customers.
