Called Allan late this afternoon to ask for assistance in fitting a new barrel to a caravan door lock. He was on site within 20 minutes, does not live far from where we were. Identified the problem that I was having and repaired the lock mechanism and replaced the barrel well within 30 minutes. Great service and a very nice and pleasant man. Would recommend and use again for repairs to our caravan.

I emailed Allan after a disastrous incident towing a newly purchased second hand Ifor Williams Trailer and having one of the axles completely detach from the trailer. (Get those trailers serviced asap people, they get abused regularly!). Anyway - Allan replied really quickly, whilst on holiday! They're really busy (because they're so good) but he still managed to squeeze in the work within the timeframe I needed it in. Allan and Ross are basically awesome, skilled and knowledgeable guys who go above and beyond to make sure you're safe on the roads. Trailer tows beautifully now and I'll continue to use Ark for my trailers and caravans.

Phoned Alan because of his 5 star reviews and boy he deserves them, I phoned him he put himself out to fit me in to replace my Motorhome aerial, did a superb job at a great price.
