During the first lockdown I had an issue with my car which stopped me from using it nowhere could take me in on short notice except Auto Diagnostics. I needed my car fixed that morning as I was working lates for my essential job at the time and couldn't miss a shift. The guys got it fixed well and within the time I needed. Great job.

Took the car in for a minor service and MOT. We did have an issue - unfortunately when the oil filter was fitted there was a problem with the o ring so when the car got warm when driving it leaked oil. I managed to safely drive back to the garage and they put this to the top of the list of priorities to sort out. They replaced the filter and oil, cleaned up the engine bay and also hired in a valeter to help get the outside of the car looking good again. As a former mechanic I have had this happen to me before. It is a very unfortunate but rare occurance. The way Auto Diagnostics dealt with it was very honourable restoring my faith in garages. I have no hesitation in trusting them with my car again. I've tried to write this as an honest review for an honest garage.

These guys have always been really good to me whenever I've dropped my car off there, and gone above and beyond in some cases. The most professional garage I've ever taken my car to and the only place I'll take it to as long as I live in Swindon.

Good work and prices but lack a flexible approach to customer service. Could never get a estimated time from them, couldn't even book a while you wait oil change and I was available any time, any day. Fortunately I've now found a garage nearby that appreciates their customers a little more.

Main dealer quoted £285 for 1st Service which was for just oil and filter change plus visual checks of lights etc. Outrageous. Was recommended to go to Auto Diagnostics and Servicing who, using the Manufacturers parts did the job for just £95. Excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable people. I will never take my car anywhere else.
