Dean performed an excellent service on my 330ci including MOT, Oil service and tracking down a coolant leak in the radiator, which required a new radiator and expansion tank. This was performed efficiently at a much lower cost than the local main dealer, without the tendency to suggest additional unnecessary work. It goes without saying that I will be using Autoworks for any future servicing and maintenance requirements on my car.

N. P.New to BMW ownership this garage was recommended to me buy a friend, I wanted dealership quality and knowledge but didn't want to pay the over inflated prices!
Autoworks did not dissapoint, I booked my car in for a full service and to inspect that dreaded 'drive train malfunction' light that came on and off intermittently.
I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and borrowed their courtesy car to get me back to work which was clean, tidy & had fuel in!
I had a call around 2pm to say the malfunction light was a faulty EGR valve and they could replace it at the agreed price the same day which was great, I had suspected that was the cause due to my bad MPG!
I returned to Autoworks around 5pm to collect the car and return the courtesy car, the car was ready with all the paperwork inside all I had to do was pay the bill and off I went.
Overall great service, great prices and knowledge. I will certainly be coming back and recommending to my BMW pals.

Out of interest, I contacted my local MINI Dealership regarding my GP3s first service - they tried to charge above and beyond for this (over £300) so I went to Autoworks Services Ltd for it.
Impeccable service. High quality of standards in all respects and always a pleasure to be around, even when waiting for a service to be done.

g. m.I can highly recommend autoworks, the timing chains snapped on our mini, after speaking to others and Dale, I decided not to have a reconditioned engine, Dale sourced a second hand one, which had less miles than our old one, they also fitted a new clutch, new timing chains and new glow plugs and cleaned out the dpf, the whole job wasn't cheap, but alot cheaper than a main mini dealer. I have to say a big thank you to the mechanic that did the work on the mini, and thanks to Dale for sorting everything out.

The team were quick, efficient and polite from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Being of the older generation, all things ‘car’ can be quite daunting so I like to be looked after. Fortunately, I am fairly local to Autoworks so when a tyre pressure warning light came on a few weeks later (typical MINI in the cold mornings!!) I popped by and everything was reset before I’d finished my cup of tea! I can’t remember the last time a garage made me feel like they genuinely cared about my car and safety as much as Autoworks do - even with the little jobs.
Pricing is VERY fair and I was kept informed throughout the entirety of my vehicle’s visit.
