L.This was the first time I had ever used this garage before and they was the best on price and very polite and very friendly told me what was wrong with my car straight away and had it in that day for the repair I was very happy with the price and very happy with the service Iwould highly recommended them it was my first time in using them and I would recommend them to my family and friends as they are brilliant on price and friendly and get the job done thanks

My car failed it's MOT (not very surprising given its age), and the staff here were great in explaining what was needed. They got me booked in again just a couple of days later to have the repairs made and retest taken care of, and now I'm back on the road again.
I'll be using them again the next time I need service.

F.Went here twice.
First time with broken exhaust which other garages couldn't fix and said whole exhaust needs to be replaced as it's from one piece.
In this garage, they told me they can cut out the broken part and use repair kit to replace only small part which is broken. Did it the next day early morning with the cost of only £100, and all of that on time to not be late at work!
Today I went to my usual garage as "check engine" light came on.
They charged me £40 for diagnostics + quoted £1,370 to fix "broken turbocharger". I asked how much would cost if they fit second hand part that I provide, they refused.
Went to Plaister Auto Services straight after that, where they found that some hose was disconnected which was giving false indications to computer and was probably causing turbo not to work. After fitting the hose properly, went for a ride, turbo works, "check engine" light was off!
They saved me a fortune and didn't charge anything for their service!!!
Definitely trustworthy garage which I will use from now on and will recommend to everyone!
